Hurricane Howie Has come To Life??

Hurricane Howie has come to life and is about to hit the sequester house with full force...Oh wait, its not Hurricane Howie, its Hurricane John. But it is headed straight for Cabo which is where the sequester house is rumoured to be. And it sounds like it will be a pretty strong storm. I wonder if CBS has flown them out to continue to keep them sequestered or if the jury members will be spending some time in a shelter. I bet Marcelles is shaking in his shoes, he not only has to deal with Howie and James but now John...lol
I wonder where Dani will go when she walks out tonight.....

After having to deal with Hurricane Katrina and Rita myself, I hope the jury members are all safe, sound and dry.

Big Brother Veto King Dethroned

On Big Brother 6, James Rhine relied on the Power of Veto to save himself from eviction. But after losing a tense veto competition on last week's Big Brother 7: All-Stars, where he and Janelle wrestled over a voodoo doll, he was eliminated from the game. TVGuide.com caught up with James to find out how it was in the house without his girlfriend, Sarah (his secret partner from BB6), and why he turned on the Season 6 alliance.

TVGuide.com: How hard was it to be away from Sarah this whole time? Last summer you at least had her with you. James Rhine: Last year I kept thinking that having my girlfriend in the house was a handicap, and while it did handicap me in some aspects, being without her this time was [hard]. This was my first time being emotionally alone in the house, and I don't know if I ever really got over it. I missed her tremendously. Last year, because I was in trouble every week, I always had someone to just cuddle up with.

Saving Big Brother

I found this on the internet and gave it a read. I have to say, I agree with what is being said. Although this year, Big Brother has managed to win their timeslot almost every episode, there could be some changes that the powers that be could make, to make it even bigger and better......what do you think

With Big Brother 7: All-Stars winding down, there has been much speculation regarding a possible 8th season. Will there be one? No one is sure yet; CBS has yet give it the go ahead. No one will dispute the fact that Big Brother has its problems. Ratings have gone steadily downhill and the quality of the show itself doesnt live up to seasons past. What should CBS do to remedy Big Brother? I have some ideas.

1.Note to Casting Directors: No More Stupid People:

The success of reality television typically begins and ends with the casting. The people and the human interaction is what attracts viewers in the first place, and this is especially the case on Big Brother. With live feeds and three televised episodes a week, Big Brother thrives on the quality of its cast. However, CBS has done a pretty terrible job of choosing HouseGuests lately.
This seasons ALL-STARS have been dominated, primarily, by three people: Will, Janelle, and Danielle. And, guess what? Those were probably the three smartest people in the house to begin with. You see, Big Brother is a better game when its played by smart people vs. other smart people. Preferably morally corrupt smart people. The most enjoyable parts of the contest are the scheming, the lying, the play-acting and the backstabbing. How hard would it be for CBS to only cast people who are at least halfway intelligent? They can still be good looking, they can still be quirky and weird and loud, but at least make them capable of playing the game to it's fullest.

Big Brother and Rock Star Help CBS

Big Brother and Rock Star help CBS win this weeks ratings.

Here is a small bit from the article.......

Last week other nets rolled out the red carpet, new fall series and even Jack Sparrow, but CBS finished on top, thanks to the best perfs yet from its reality tandem of Big Brother and Rock Star.

For CBS, Big Brother: All-Stars racked up season highs on Tuesday (3.2/8 in 18-49, 8 million viewers overall) and Sunday (3.0/8, 8.16m) and also led its Thursday slot as usual (2.9/10, 8.27m). All three editions ranked among the weeks top 10.

Big Brother Show Review 08-29-06

The only thing I was really looking forward to seeing in this show was Danelle being put up for eviction. From what I had seen on the feeds it looked like this show would be just ok. I mean what did they have to show us....Christmas in August, POV Comp and POV Ceremony....*yawn*! The houseguests got the trampoline they had won during the food comp. And Will became a kid again as soon as they did. I think Will loves having a trampoline almost as much as he loves himself....I said almost....lolThe houseguests also had Christmas in July,. complete with George as Santa. Will got the one thing he had been dreaming of and wishing for....Neil Patrick Harris. Neil is a huge fan of BB, so they brought him in as a special guest for the houseguests and Will in particular. Although not shown on the show, but feed watches will know, when Neil woke everyone up, Will got up a little too excited if you know what I mean... Neil spent the day with the houseguests, opening presents, jumping on the trampoline and eating slop. He seemed really interested in talking to the houseguests. I don't think Wills smile ever left his face. The POV comp was taylor made for Janie. She studies people and the memory wall so much, this competition was in the bag. And Dani knew it as soon as she saw what the comp was. It was called Two Faces. Basically they showed clips of two hoursguests parts of their face and you had to figure out who the two houseguests were. There were 5 pairs to figure out. The one with the lowest time would win. Janie won with a time of 1:00.....can you say WOW! The girl is good but I did not know she was that good. Dani was right behind her with a time of 1:23, Erika next with 1:51. The guys brought up the real with Will, Boogie and George in that order. Poor George, he still has no clue. His time was 24 minutes. LOL.....BB probably told him to stop, because they were running out of time. Will and Boogie managed to manipulate Erika (no surprise there) into considering Dani as a replacement nominee. Of course Erika had pangs of guilt, considering she had promised Dani she was safe and let Dani know that she was considering putting Dani up as a replacement nominee.. Of course Dani got mad and had a breakdown and lashed out at Erika saying Erika betrayed her and if there was anyone Dani would have been loyal too it would have been Erika. Yeah, she would have been loyal to you right up until the time she planted a knife in your back. You know Dani is the first one to say It's a Game when she is trying to justify her scumbagging someone, but let it happen to her and she is saying Ultimate Betrayal. What's up with that.Last up on the show was nothing more than a formality. The POV Ceremony. It was already a known fact that Will and Boogie were able to pursuade Erika into putting up Danie, it just had to be done officially. The look on Dani's face was awesome....you could see the anger loud and clear.I can't wait for Dani to walk out of the house and head to sequester. Her going at the hands of Will, Boogie and Erika, only make Janies chances of winning even greater. Everyone used to say there was no wan they would give the money to a Season 6er. I think their thinking is changing, thanks to Will and Boogie.

Big Brother Show Review 08-27-06

At first glance, I thought this show would be extremely boring considering who was HOH. I mean come on, Boogie has been having his way with Erika for several weeks now, and we know Erika does not have a brain that she can use to think for herself. So naturally I figured Boogie and Will would be able to manipulate Erika in doing what they wanted. They did, but the show still proved to be pretty good. There was the showmance Will had with the camera in the backyard. I have to admit I had already seen this video on youtube, but seeing it again was just as funny. Will needs to be an actor on tv. He is good. I was falling off my chair laughing at his antics with the camera. And that grin of is......OMG. The showmance between Will and Janie is supposed to appear to be made up and not really real. But I think there is something there. We all know Janie has a crush on Will and I think it is bigger than she wants to admit. What we dont know is how Will feels about her. The look in his eyes and the grin on his face tell more than he will. I think he is smitten with her and if is girlfriend out side the house dumps him, I would not put it past him to give Janie a call after the show.George proves why he is the house clown with his bellyflop segment. That had to hurt. I give props to George. His strategy of acting a fool has helped him get much farther in this game than anyone expected. I just hope they are smart enough to get him out before final 3 or else they will all go home broke, and George will be laughing all the way to the bank. The food comp looked like it was thought up by someone that was stuck in the 60s and still on acid. The theme was flower power. No doubt to stay with the theme of Erikas HOH bedroom, which was overdone with flowers. Her room looked like something a pre-teen would have. Although the food comp looked like it would be a sappy, corny event, it turned out to be quite funny. Seeing George plop down on top of Boogie, Will and Janie and basically hump the juice out of them was too funny. Again I was laughing so hard I fell off my chair. Dont believe me, watch the video.....
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_DTZPkegtrw.....
Will did get his trampoline and they got meat and alcodol. But what they failed to get was anything to go with it. Can you imagine eating nothing but meat for a week. I guess the 5-star dinner they will get one day will break up the boredom of just meat. One thing they got was Christmas in August, which everyone was looking forward to. Of course Will got a thrill watching the girls on top of each other squeezing the juice out of each other. Or as he put it, they looked like they were making a porn movie. The funniest part was seeing George on top of Janelle basically humping her. Poor thing was squished to death. Then we had to see Erika get her jollies on and ride Mike Boogie. All in all what looked to be a lame comp was actually very funny.During all of this we do get a little strategizing. Will and Boogie were doing their best to easily get Erika to nom George and Dani. They almost had her, but I guess Mike Boogie farting while in the bed with Erika backfired (pun intended). Janie and George were nominated, but have no fear Janelle lovers, beause the POV is still at hand and we all know Janie has 5 of her nine lives left to live. By the looks of things during the show, Janie and Will have a pretty good alliance, at least until the final 3. Boogie is just using Erika and will cut her lose at the first chance he gets. But he will do it without her knowing he did it. George is on the outside looking in and Dani has been left out to dry. She is now totally out on her own, unless she can keep Erika from listening to the charms of Boogie (did I just say that) and the bs from Will. Guess we will have to wait to see what happens. Will Erika listen to the little voice in her head that is telling her Mike Boogie is using her (he is) or will she let her lonleyness rule and follow chillTown around like a sick little puppy dog. Stay tuned. This week should be good what with the double eviction on Thursday night.

And the Winner of POV IS!!!!

Feeds were off for 2 and a hlf hours last night while the POV comp was being played. This was a great time to take a nap, which I did...lol

Once the feeds come back shortly after 11PM we immediately get to see that the winner of POV is Janelle.....I have always said she has nine lives, and I think she has proven it. She has now used up 4 of her nine lives, does she still has enough to carry her to the end game?

Great job Janelle!

Big Brother Show Review 8-24-06

I was really looking forward to this show, because James was going home. I for one do not like James and I enjoyed watching him walk out the door. I do have to say he did leave like a gentleman, which is so unlike him since we all know his as a whiner. The show started the same with a recap of Howie’s eviction and as some call (not me) it his classless exit. We also saw Boogie win HOH, put up Janie and James and then we got another look at the infamous assault on James (**rolls eyes**). Thanks to BB for again showing us that Janie did not assault James. But we could have done without listening to James moan and groan some more.

You know the houseguests complain about going to sequester, but man I would love to go there. The house they are in, the view they get…WOW….I would say paradise for sure. Bring me another margarita, Please! Maybe they should send them to sequester like they do real juries…lock them up in some seedy hotel and eating take out, then maybe they would appreciate what they have.
We all knew Marcelles would bitch when he got to sequester but I thought he would at least lighten up a bit. I was wrong! It was great when Howie got to sequester. You could just see the green coming to Marcie’s face when Howie let his arrival be know. While watching the tape of all the comps that took place after Marcie left, you could tell Marcie was going to be his usual cheerful self (**rolls eyes again**). The best part of this segment was the end exchange between Marcie and Howie:
Marcie: Don’t call me Marcie anymore Howie, I don’t like it, my name is Marcelles
**pause**
Howie: ok Mar-jealous!!!
(at this point in the show I fell off my chair laughing so hard)

Pretty much the rest of show was dedicated to Dani trying to save her fair-haired boy (and I do mean boy…what man cries about a scratch on the hand). Will got concerned that evicting James would ultimately turn Dani against he and Boogie. He has every right to be concerned. I don’t think Dani will fall for his b-s like Janie may have. You get the typical diary rooms, where everyone gives their reasons for voting out Chicken George and James. But we all knew what was going to happen – James was heading to the tropics.

I think the only big surprise, for James at least, was that Janie did not vote to keep him. He actually thought she might still throw a vote his way. Maybe if he had not planted a knife so firmly in her back, Howie’s back and Kaysar’s back he might have stood a chance of a tie. No such luck. Our, or Dani’s fair-haired boy, leaves by a vote of 3-1 and we are treated to Dani’s tears, AGAIN!

The show ended with the, how shall I say this nicely…HO of Big Brother, Erika, winning HOH. You think I am wrong. Check out the feed recaps from late last night when Erika was all over Boogie in the HOH room and even offered him a “favor”. The BB cameramen even know she is a HO as they zoomed in on the letters H and O in the HOH room during this exchange……for more on the live actions…click the link below

Was James Assualted???

*supresses laugh*

Ok, there is controversy over the POV comp that Janie won which involved the voodoo dolls. Some say James is right and he was assualted when he was kicked and scratched. I personally don't think so, but hey that's my opinion. I think the kick was purely accidental, as well as the scratch, as well as the fingernail of Janies that got broke. But you be the judge. Here is the video from CBS that shows what happend.

CBS causes a stir

Read the article on Yahoo

Survivor this season will have Tribes divided by race: White, Black, Hispanic and Asian. Is this a good move for CBS? It is certainly causing some buzz over the show. Will it be a lasting twist or just a gimic for a week of the show? What do you think of the situation?

Ivette Cordero Interview

So Ivette, how did you get involved with BIG BROTHER?
I got involved with BIG BROTHER because I was looking through the computer trying to find a quick way to make money for my mom and I didn't pay any attention to it because it was a big process on everything that I needed to do at that time and then two guys came up and asked if I wanted to be in a reality show and I said sure and it all lead to this. One thing led to the next and all of a sudden I'm on the show.

Did you follow BIG BROTHER at all before being on the show yourself?
No I didn't. I did not.

So, what would you say your experience being on BIG BROTHER 6 was like? Was it a good experience?
It was a great experience, honestly. You know, at first you are kind of like, "Was it great or was it not? Would I do it again and was it worth it?" But it helped me grow so much as a person. It helped me grow so much as a person as far as making me stronger and making smarter decisions and everything. You realize the important things. You just have so much time to yourself. I know all of these things it’s probably some of the things you don’t want to hear but that’s how I took the game and on some part of it, there is reality to it and people will do whatever it takes to get to the top and that’s real life. It’s not just about the game.

Do you still keep in touch with a lot of the people?
I keep in touch with James and I keep in touch with Beau and I talk to Eric every now and then. I haven’t spoken to him again and I spoke with Janelle briefly.

Would you say that you got along with the majority of the people on your season?
The majority? No. Not the majority.

Who did you have the most difficult time with?
I think I'd rather not comment, there’s no need. That’s just me starting up stuff that, you know, sometimes it’s better just not to say anything.

Can you tell us about the experience as far as being contacted to be an All-Star candidate?
I can’t do that. No, I’m not allowed to do that. Yeah, like there’s no if, ands or buts about it and I'd just rather not. I don’t want to jeopardize anything.

Can you share your experience of what it was like being a top 20 All-Star candidate during that week-long campaign?
Well, I mean, getting the call was nice. Being in the top 20 was nice. Watching myself be a top 20 candidate and then having to campaign and stuff was different. I always saw it as a good chance for me and that's it. And then getting on there and then being on stage and seeing certain people get in and you not getting in, but at the same time I was happy because I would have the summer to myself. Your kind of like, "Well, I'm a much better player than this person," or, "How much fun can this person be?" And that’s the thing you do to compare yourself. It is what it is.

Do you have any comments on any of the All-Stars who made it in the house that you don’t think should be in there?
I'd rather not comment on that either.

So far with what’s been going with this season, what are your thoughts?
I think this season they’re supposed to be full of All-Stars and they’re not and everybody is playing very cowardly. Kaysar had the opportunity to go after the two people who wanted him out of the house the most and he didn't. He took the easy way out. And then James…and then they wanted to throw it on Janelle. Everybody should be playing the game hard core because it’s All-Stars, not "Who you can cuddle with?" and "Who you could make look good?" I am very disappointed about the way they’re playing because the way they campaigned was how strong they were going to play and what peaches and apples they were gonna be and they’re not. To me, it was kind of disappointing to watch because it’s like, "Well, what's the point of this?"

Were there any surprises for you as far as the people who have been evicted so far?
The people who got put out were the people who weren't going to the play, to be quite honest. Diane ended up taking it kind of slow because it ended up being that she had to lay low because she didn't have her people there anymore. But Allison was ready to play the game and Nakomis should have stepped it up a notch, but she didn't. It wasn't up to her ‘cause there were bigger people in the house that needed to be taken care of. And Jase was playing the game and all those people got taken out. It’s amazing that they’re letting Will get away with the same exact way that he came on season two. It’s strange.

If you were a houseguest this season, what strategy would you have?
If you would have been put in the house? I wouldn’t have layed low, but I think I would have gone in there and really played the game and really have given them an All-Star. I would have gone out playing the game, you know, not gone out doing what everyone else wanted me to do, or playing the little victim way or the easy way out so I wouldn’t get evicted the next week. I would have played balls to the wall.

So that would be your advice to the houseguests now?
Yeah, play the game. Isn’t that what you guys are there for? Diane said it perfectly before she left. She said, “Remember, this is All-Stars.” And apparently people aren’t really listening so…You know they could have turned the whole entire game and flipped everybody out but they didn’t.

Do you have any predictions on who you think will win?
You know honestly if they keep letting them get away with it, Will and Boogie are going to get very far.

So, what are you doing now?
What am I doing now? I work at a cafeteria, comment on the CBS blogs, watch BIG BROTHER on the side. Very simple life I live. I know it’s probably not very exciting. Sorry, this is like so last year. I know certain people who continue to live through their BIG BROTHER stuff, but I don’t. I honestly watch to keep up to see ‘cause I know these people, but, you know, I separate myself from the game, otherwise it just consumes your life.

This game does seem to consume a lot of people.
You just learn to grow from it. I enjoy talking about the game sometimes, but sometimes, you know, it’s just a game and it’s hard to explain it and it’s hard to get in a conversation and I’ve learned to separate myself from it because there’s so many people who want to comment on it or criticize it and they don’t even remotely have an idea what it’s like to be on it and that part just gets totally exhausting. So sometimes it's better just not to say or not to speak, or you say something and it comes off as jealousy rather than, no, you know what it is.

What do you think is the biggest misconception people have about big brother?
That it’s just a game. It’s not just a game, it’s your personal life that is in there. You don’t talk strategy 24/7. You talk about your life and how you are as a person and about people back at home. And you cry and you laugh and you do all these things and you build trust with someone, and then they can screw you in the end. And it is a personal thing, it’s like a best friend screwing you over – someone who you let into your house and they come in and they steal your stuff. So, it’s not just a game, it’s a big misconception.

Big Brother - August 23, 2006

I knew when todays show would be shown I would feel many emotions. You see I watch the feeds and also do live feed recaps. So I knew what was going to happen. However, I did not realize I would feel almost every emotion in the book. Anger, sadness, happiness, jealously and plain ole disgust. The show of course begins with a recap of the nominations made by Chicken George. Although most people thought the noms were I lame, I was actually happy with them. James was able to win the POV (or was it thrown to him) and remove himself. My only thought was how happy I was that George made a promise to Janelle and Howie to not put them on the block. But boy did my anger grow when we see Boogie strong arm George right before the POV ceremony and tell George to be careful of the Coup DEtat power that was still out there. Boogies tactics worked, because although George had planned to put up Will as a pawn, he changed his mind and ended up putting Howie up. Hence my disgust! I guess the greed for money really will make you do anything, even sell out your friend. So Howie was put on the block and then ultimately sent packing. I for one was glad that Howie opened his mouth at the POV ceremony and sort of revealed alliances. I was even happier when Howie let Boogie know just want a punk he was as he was exiting the house. Howie stood up to Boogie, yanked off his (Boogies) hat and threw it and then got in Boogies face, called him a punk and told him just what he thought of ChillTown and their word. It didn’t faze Boogie, as he went on to win the HOH and poor Janie was subjected to listening to the smug Dani and Erika cheer that Janie did not win HOH. They won’t be cheering this Thursday when their golden boy James walks out. Yep, Boogie nominated Janie and James. Two of the best players at this game were now going to compete head to head. James did not stand a chance against Janie, the perfect monster that Dr. Will Frankenstein has created. Or as he calls her Fem Bot Janelle. Unfortunately the sadness I felt was having to see Janie in the funk she was in following Howies exit and the HOH comp. The poor girl was all alone and the people she thought she could trust not only stabbed Howie but firmly planted a second knife in her back. Or as Will said, “I did not stab you in the back I stabbed you in the front.” I give it to Will, he is good. My jealousy came, when Will began to feel bad for Janie. He handled her with kid gloves, sweet kid gloves, and worked his charm to bring her back from the dark place she was in. His charm and charisma make me smile every time I see him. He has the cutest grin and I for one am jealous that I was not Janie during this time when Will showed the tender, caring side of him we all know he has. We all know Janie has a crush on Will, but I really do believe he has a crush on her. He is fascinated with her, amazed by her beauty, brains and strength. You don’t believe me, well believe Will. He told her she is beautiful, smart, funny and sexy. Don’t believe Will, I know it is hard to know when he is lying. How about believing George. He tells Janie she is beautiful, has a glowing personality, intelligent, has a wonderful smile and genuinely cares for other people. Last up on the show was the POV comp and ceremony. This competition was probably the most important one for Janelle and even for James, although James did not realize how important it was for him to win. He unfortunately thought he was safe. Will said it best when he said “If you think you are safe, you aren’t. If people tell you are safe, you aren’t because if anyone tells you they can play the BB game without lying, they are lying”. This competition also proved to be the most competitive. It involved voodoo dolls and a big fiery idol. You had to answer questions that the idol asked by finding a voodoo doll with the corresponding houseguests first letter in their name on it. Will of course looks for a way to throw it without looking like he was throwing it. Dani is the first one out, with Will and Boogie following second and third. But Boogie did help Janelle find a doll when she was having trouble locating one before he went out (my first real inclination that Will and Boogie just might be sincere in that they are working with Janie). We get down to Erika, James and Jani and we get to see just what a baddass Janie really is when she fights James for a doll, that ultimately ended up being the wrong doll. But have no fear she located the correct doll just seconds before James did and was able to eliminate James. The game ended with Janie winning the POV and getting hugs from everyone except James. He pushed her away saying she displayed poor sportsmanship??? Well I guess you know what is next. A segment on James complaining, and whining, and bitching, and did I say complaining about how Janie cheated. She stole from him and kicked him and assaulted him. He demanded his contract, a shrink and a lawyer. I think the shrink is really what he needed because he is losing his mind. But this is typical behavior from James. When something does not go his way, he cries foul (remember George saving himself). Thankfully BB showed a replay of the competition, several times, and showed that Janie did none of the above and won the POV FAIR AND SQUARE!!! The other houseguests even knew she did not cheat. Will had the funniest take on it…”According to James, she kicked him, bit him, punched him in the face, pulled out one eye and got out a pair of pliers and yanked out one of his wisdom teeth, but the way I saw it, she whooped his ass.” You gotta love Will!! The show ends with the POV ceremony and Janie removing herself and George being put up in her place. No surprise there as now the plan is to evict James, at least that is ChillTowns plan. They have not told Dani that her fair haired boy would be taking the first plane to the tropics.

I think BB gets better as the show goes on. I know Will gets funnier. Seeing him and Mike Boogie jumping for joy in the HOH room after Janie won the POV was too funny. I, myself was rolling on the floor. Janie has now realized that she can not trust anyone, even the cute, loveable and wonderfully charming (oops there goes my jealousy again) Dr. Will. She played him but good with her “down in the dumps, don’t have any fight left” routine. She knew it would work. I call that smarts! This Thursday should be a good show when James gets the shock of his life and realizes that he is not going to be in the final 4. I can’t wait to see the look on his and Dani’s face when the votes are read. I predict the votes will be 3-1 with our favorite Chen Bot, Julie, saying James you have been evicted from the house! Until Thursday, happy Big Brother days to all!! Oh and Will, if you decide to leave your girlfriend and Janie won’t give you the time of day, Call Me!f At least then my jealousy will be gone.....lol

Big Brother Hangs Up on Marcellas

Marcellas Reynolds is known for a couple things: his sharp wit, hosting the Big Brother Internet talk show House Calls, and making the most monumental error in the reality show's history. (During Season 3 he was nominated for eviction and won the power of veto, yet decided not to use it to save himself, a tactic that sealed his fate and sent him packing.) He didn't make any such huge mistakes on Big Brother 7: All-Stars, but TVGuide.com did get a chance to talk to him — before he was sent to sequester — about his bitchy comments regarding Janelle, and his diet tips.

TVGuide.com: Did you miss doing House Calls? Marcellas Reynolds: I didn't, no. If I didn't do All-Stars, I would be sitting there and watching it and really feeling like, "Why am I not there?" I didn't miss House Calls at all, but I missed my [cohost] Gretchen desperately.

TVGuide.com: You had gotten to interview many of your housemates before you moved in. Do you feel like that was an advantage? Marcellas: I felt like I had a huge advantage going in to the show because I'm a huge fan and student of the show. I actually did my homework. I went back and watched past episodes. I had met almost everyone in the house with the exception of Chicken George — what the hell was that?

TVGuide.com: Was it odd to be living with them instead of asking them questions? Marcellas: What was odd was watching them and being a fan of them, then actually living with them; it takes away that veneer of being a fan. Instantly, I was no longer a fan of the Sovereign 6. I saw the cracks in the facade up close and I was like, "How the hell did that run their season?" I was a fan of Janelle and I still am a fan, even though she just slit my throat and I'm still bleeding profusely from it. I think the more surprising thing was that the four alliance members actually got in.

TVGuide.com: You seemed like you were trying to get in with them. Marcellas: I was definitely jockeying to be the fifth member, and more importantly I was trying to separate Janelle from the herd and take her to the end. I didn't count on the Will factor; I thought he'd go earlier and Janelle would need the gay sidekick if she didn't have a guy to tell her she looked beautiful.

TVGuide.com: Well, you need someone. Marcellas: You do need someone, and Janelle is that girl. She needs male attention and thrives on it. I definitely felt like it was, "Marcellas, meet your new Amy. This time her name is Janelle." I don't know what my fascination with blondes is.

TVGuide.com: Was your goal for All-Stars just to make up for the big mistake you made on Season 3? Marcellas: Absolutely. That was my biggest thing. I kind of felt that at some point on the show I would be in peril and I would get the veto and it would be like, "Will he use it?"

TVGuide.com: Please tell me the answer would have been yes. Marcellas: Are you kidding? I've been dreaming about that moment for the past three years. In my dreams I used the veto and won Season 3. [Laughs]

TVGuide.com: You seemed surprised by Danielle's outpouring of emotion. How weird is it to become friends with your enemy? Marcellas: That was the weirdest thing ever because it happened so quickly. By, like, Week 2 Danielle and I had called a truce, and by Week 3 we were basically working together. To hate somebody for four years and then in the span of two weeks be like, "Girl, let's go play cards," really makes you feel like [the past was] a waste of time. All these things that you think are so important aren't really important.

TVGuide.com: You were very vocal during your diary-room sessions. Was that just your way of venting? Marcellas: Oh my god. Was I bad during my diary-room interviews?

TVGuide.com: You made a lot of comments, mostly about Janelle.Marcellas: Oh, no. Am I going to have to apologize to Janelle at the end?

TVGuide.com: Maybe. Marcellas: Wait. Janelle's mother loves me. Is her mother not going to like me now? Oh. This is horrible.

TVGuide.com: Maybe you were just delusional from lack of food. Marcellas: Well, I was definitely delusional for coming back and doing this again. I tried to be different than I was in Season 3. [Back then] I was just relentless in the diary room. I tried to at least curb my tongue a little bit. But they ask you questions in the diary room and it makes you think that the person you are talking about is talking about you, and you go on the offensive.

TVGuide.com: Sounds like high school. Marcellas: It is totally like high school. And then, if you're me, you are in there for, like, an hour and a half, so of course you are going to get some crazy sound bite. I have to be honest, when Julie Chen repeated two quotes about Janelle, I was shocked. I don't remember saying "head cheerleader from hell." I did remember saying the thing about ripping her brassy blonde hair out from its black roots. [Cackles]

TVGuide.com: Back to the not-eating thing. You didn't eat the entire week you were on slop.... Marcellas: I didn't eat for two weeks when I was on slop.

TVGuide.com: But on the live feeds I caught you a couple times complaining about the generic potato chips and such. Did you eat anything while you were in there? Marcellas: Did I sound like the biggest prima donna on the face of the earth? Am I going to have to stay in sequester for the rest of my life? I just messed everything up. But no, there wasn't really anything in the house to eat. The slop was gross, and I knew I couldn't even play that game. Especially with people walking around saying that they had diarrhea or constipation and everyone was farting when they were on the slop. That's not me. I'm not that guy. I can't. But it was, like, Lays potato chips and generic tortilla chips that didn't taste like they were made from corn. It was the candy that your mother buys at the store because she doesn't want you to eat the entire bag in one sitting. Or it was like not really Chips Ahoy, it was "Chips A'Sail." I'm sorry. I live in Beverly Hills. I can't eat this. I was just begging for a salad. I wasn't jockeying for Kettle chips or Mrs. Fields cookies. I'm like, "Just give me a bag of salad. Would it kill you to give me some baby spinach and endives? Can a brother get a grape tomato?" On the other side of that, I lost 12 pounds.

TVGuide.com: You could write the Big Brother diet book. Marcellas: It wasn't just that it wasn't the kind of food I normally eat. It was stress. I had no appetite. I found myself on days that I could eat [having to make] myself eat something.

TVGuide.com: I don't get that. I am an emotional eater. Marcellas: As we see, Janelle and Howie are both blowing up to twice their size; they are emotional eaters. I'm an emotional dieter.

TVGuide.com: Who did you think the hottest guy in the house was? Marcellas: By the end I was totally head over heels in love with James, and I would actually kill Sarah to get my hands on him. I love Sarah, she is one of my favorite people on earth — she's beautiful and the sweetest girl you have ever, ever met — but I was in this love affair with James where he could do no wrong because he was the most sedate of the men in the house. He tries to be like a Baby Will, in that you know he's going to lie and you know he's going to cheat, whatever. But there is this side of him that is this really sweet guy.

TVGuide.com: Were you happy with how you played the game this season? Marcellas: [Sighs] I haven't seen how I played this season, but I'm a little disappointed in this season itself. I expected more on a production end and from the other houseguests. I expected it to be bigger and just glam in a crazy way and ghetto in another way. I wasn't getting that. I'm surprised at the bad behavior that was rampant in the house, not just the lying, but the farting and the swearing and the talk about boobies. We are all adults and we don't have to digress to that. I'm happy that I made it as far as I made it. I thought I was one of those personalities who was going to get kicked out the first two or three weeks. But I thought if I made it to the end, I could beat anyone. My endgame was going to be amazing. You see, I can cry on the drop of a dime, so it would have been all tears and apologies and a fabulous outfit. People lose Big Brother in the endgame every season. You need to get on your hands and knees and mea culpa and apologize and lie and plead and beg. No one has ever asked each person on the jury for their vote directly. I was going to make my peace with each person and go, "Janelle, please vote for me" to each person.

TVGuide.com: Maybe in "All-Stars 2.0."Marcellas: Girl, I'm not coming back for another All-Stars. Are you crazy? First of all, I'll be working a walker. Secondly, I will probably be huge because I plan to eat like it is my job from this point on.

Rock Star Supernova - August 22 2006

song selection again and again someone gets naked? this time dilana ran around the pool naked for the song that she wanted since she made toby do it last week. only problem is girls have a whole lot more to cover and a lot more to blur out. props to her though. patrice gets to do an original song and i'll tell you right now she should not have bothered. in my opinion it was a terrible song. it was repetitive and boring. and who writes a song called "a beautiful thing" for supernova? yuck. why not just write about rainbows and unicorns. she irks me in a way i just can't even explain. she reminds me of a kooky school teacher that tries so hard to be cool but so isn't. i have to say on the commerical that gilby's doggie is soooooo freaking cute and doesn't mind the noise a bit. magni sings smells like teen spirit and pretty much kills in in my opinion and you have to give props to some to do that song because it's hard to hear it and not associate it with kurt cobain. it felt dirty and raw. apparently tommy wanted something to get broken but to me it was pretty cool. ryan star got the other original. pretty good tune and it seems the band and dave are enjoying it. WOW what a performance!! and dave is on his feet ladies and gentlemen!! what a raving review too. this boy has been rapidly climbing the ladder to the top. i love his intensity and passion and him singing his own song made that intensity and passion grow even more. storm large sings cryin' by areosmith and she's really going to have to pull this one out of her ass. i mean who sings like steven tyler? uummmmm no one! dear lord i HATE that crazy eyes thing she does when she sings. she pulled it out thankfully for her. i like her but she's almost a little too cocky. i will give it to dilana, i always love her clothes. tonight she sings "every breath" and think it was a great edge to an old favorite. she actually had a great control of the quiter parts too which was nice to see and her voice was clearer and less gravely. the raspy thing is good and all but nice to see a change. next toby sings layla in his own way. i have to say he looks so cute in that hoodie and this is the most i've ever liked this song. OMG the hoodie comes and he's not wearing a shirt ..........................bgh hfkj;l ghg,mggggg,,,gmglg/.,g,./mg.,hgm sorry that's me trying to type and gawk at his yummy bod at the same time. oh my god his muscles are sweet and damn that brooke burke with her arm around that hot hot man. has lukas begins his song i feel like he's going to knock it out of the park. i have not heard this song before but as always i think he does well. who will go this week? well i pretty much like everyone but patrice so i'm hoping and praying it's her that faces the hatchet man this week. early voting results show patrice, storm and toby are the bottom 3. i say we just wrap it up and send patrice home and not worry about it. ;)

Flirting With Disaster - Entertainment Weekly

SOURCE

You might think that after such a hostile exit last night from the Big Brother: All-Stars house, Howie Gordon would have calmed down by now. Guess again. Reached by phone at the jury sequester house, Big Boy is foaming at the mouth, taking down Danielle, Erika, and Marcellas at every opportunity. Herewith, his (somewhat toned down) venting session.

ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY: Hey, Howie! How's life in sequester?
HOWIE GORDON: This is a beautiful tropical paradise, instead of battling it out with houseguests like Boogie.

Speaking of Boogie, what was up with you two at the end?
I thought you were going to throw some punches. He and Dr. Will are the most untrustworthy guys in the house, and we made a so-called alliance with them. Unfortunately there were a lot of pregame alliances made, and I wasn't aware of all of them. Janey let Boogie and Dr. Will into our close circle, and they betrayed me. So when I left, I said, ''Thanks for the sellout.'' We got in each other's faces. He was like, ''Get out of here. You're a real class act.'' It makes for a great exit. I'm not gonna walk out like some punk. I had a great time walking out the door like that.

Did you know you'd be leaving?
I knew. Erika is emotional wreckage. When I saw her sitting next to me cool and confident, I thought, ''I'm in big trouble here.'' Normally she'd be crying because she's such a big baby. I saw Janelle and James sitting in front of me looking pretty distraught. I saw Janie staring down Erika. Earlier in the day I thought I had a shot of staying, but hey, it's Big Brother. You fumble the ball and you get your head blown off.

I'm not sure what that means, but anyway, were you surprised at how much the house wanted you and Janelle out?
Yeah, getting rid of me was part of the process to getting rid of her. Janelle is probably the biggest badass ever to play. I think she's a more dangerous player than Dr. Will, but she's younger than Dr. Will so she's more apt to believe things and do things you shouldn't do.

Speaking of Dr. Will, what was up with your obsession with him this year?
Dr. Will came in as the most notorious, greatest houseguest of all time. He claimed he was the best looking. Me getting close and personal was great for my strategy. It's fun for viewers, it's fun for the houseguests. I had a great time weirding him out and freaking him out. I'm Howie. I'm comfortable with myself. I don't think I'm gay or bisexual by any means. It's just the nature of who I am. I like to weird people out. I like to mess with people. If I could take Dr. Will away from planning season 6's demise, that was my strategy. At the same time, is he a good-looking guy? Yeah.

It seemed that all of a sudden, you stopped harassing him. Did the producers tell you that you had to?
Will got kind of freaked out, like, ''You're sexually harassing me.'' He can dish it out, but he can't take it. I was like, ''Okay, you skinny little bitch.'' Everyone has a threshold. He got a little annoyed with me.

You mentioned there were alliances before going into the house. What do you mean?
We walked into the house, and it was 10 on 4. Janie didn't even know I was in the running until she saw me in the casting special. This was breached by the other houseguests. They made pacts before moving into the house. They basically cheated because they breached their contracts of confidentiality by setting up pregame alliances.

Like who?
Erika is dating Boogie outside the house. They were fooling around in the house.

Why did you always listen to Janelle? Why didn't you take the power and tell Janelle not to listen to Will?Janie, James, and Kaysar were the ones with the power carrying me through the game. They were keeping BB6 intact. They're like my family members, so of course I'm gonna do what they say. Before it all unraveled, I said to Janelle, ''Do not ever talk to Will and Boogie alone again.'' Me and James go to the backyard, and next thing you know [Janelle nominates] Boogie and Erika. I don't know. Janey started listening to Chill Town. I took Chill Town for granted. I thought they were trying to help us. But they were working with other people undercover because of pregame alliances.

I was shocked that George — who had no pregame alliance and seemed to love you — was the one to put you up.
Georgie's out there in his own world, and he'll be manipulated by anyone who will throw him slop. I took it very personally. If George had won HOH and said, ''Howie, it is in my best interest to put you up,'' I would have been fine with it. But he promised twice he wouldn't. I take it very personally. He's too dumb to think for himself. Even though he deserves to be there, he's a very malicious, deceptive, dumb player in my opinion.

But when you were all sitting together before eviction, why didn't you speak up for yourself?
I don't want to sell out people to their face. Dr. Will had said, ''You can put me up, no problem.'' I thought that was going to be the way. Why should I get into a shouting match? I thought George had his mind set. But Boogie basically threatened him and said, ''Are you willing to take the chance?'' That scared the living daylights out of him. And then Danielle stayed back and made her mark. I should have stayed with Georgie and said, ''Put up the doctor.'' That's the time I should have spoke. It obviously bit me in the ass.

Janelle seemed pretty sure James was betraying your alliance. Did you feel similarly?
Obviously James had a shot at taking out Danielle, and he threw it with the champagne thing. He took himself out of the game. Was he directly going for the demise of BB6? I don't think so. I think he has dreams of going to the finale with Danielle. Was he a direct threat to Janelle and me? I don't think so. I love James. He's my buddy in the real world, but this is business. Was I losing trust week by week? Absolutely.

What was up with your oddly colored hair this past week?
I was growing a goatee, and I didn't shave. Danielle and Erika said, ''You look good with facial hair.'' Not Janie — she never really likes my physical appearance. I shaved and made a goatee. Then the day before, we got the notion it was going to be a prom. So Georgie, Dr. Will, and Boogie put streaks in my hair. It was kind of accidental, but I got a new hairstyle.

Wait a minute. You let George, Will, and Boogie do your hair?
Once again, I put my trust in the untrustworthy. I should have known right then and there I was going home. They were going to do the eyebrows too until Danielle said not to.

So was it nice to see Marcellas at the evictee house?
I saw Marcellas the second I walked in. He was playing cards. We watched a couple of tapes of the HOHs and the power-of-veto ceremonies. I cursed out everyone who planned my demise, and he wasn't happy about that because he's still friends with Boogie and Erika. He was offended. But it's a big house. Lots of grounds. A big beach. I don't see him except meals — lunch and dinner. No biggie. I was never really friends with Marcellas before Big Brother or in the house, so I couldn't really care less. He's a bunch of negative annoying energy.

You seemed to be kissing all the girls every two seconds. Did you have an in-house romance we didn't see? Perhaps a little Boogie-Erika type thing?
I'll be honest with you. Erika dressed up early in the game like Princess Leia, like, ''I like Jedis.'' But [unkind remarks about Erika redacted]. If there was one person I wanted to get it on with, it would be Alison or possibly Diane. You're locked in this house, and it's like, ''This is what the menu is.'' This is who I have to harass, annoy, hit, flirt with. Whether it's comical or not, I had a lot of fun doing it. Usually it gets a big laugh when I say, ''Hey I love your boobies,'' or ''Let's go to the red room together.'' It's part of my personality. It's an extension of who I am.

Do you have a favorite Howie moment of this season?
Riding on the Slip n' Slide with Chicken George, walking around in my birthday suit for Boogie, mimicking sexual gestures to the house, my overall interaction with people. I don't have to say anything, and it can still be pretty funny. I can walk around or put on some clothing, and the house dies because it's so hysterical.

What was more fun for you: BB6 or BB: All-Stars?
I had way more fun last season. Last year I competed in two power of vetos before I got evicted. This year they never went more than five minutes, and they were more about how can we degrade this person or who can get this trip quickest. They're making you earn your money this year. Any Super Bowl champion is going to tell you the first was the sweeter one.

What do you do outside Big Brother?
I was selling pharmaceuticals before BB6 and studying to be a meteorologist. Then I became a quasi celebrity, so to speak. A lot of people were asking for my autograph, like, ''Hey, it's Big Brother Howie!'' I went to a charity event last year in Vegas for Hurricane Katrina, and I was there with Demi Moore, Ashton Kutcher, Jessica Biel, Kathy Griffin. A lot of people knew me. It was kind of cool. I sold light sabers. I made some money. Can you put on my website? It's howiegordon.com, If people want to chat with me after I come out of sequester. I live with a friend of the family in a suburb in California. I have a nice view of the pool. I also want to go back into meteorology. People ask me if I'm going to start acting, and acting's not really my thing, but we'll see. Maybe I'll try to get back on TV shows to do more reality.

What show do you want to tackle next?
I think I'd be a great Bachelor. I was on Blind Date and Elimidate. I'd say, ''You're too ugly for me,'' or ''You're too loud for me.''

Do you think people want to see you on another show?
I'm truly made for reality television. I'm the greatest person made for reality television.

Chicken George wins HOH! Nominates Erika and James

That's right! Just when you thought Janelle and Howie's days were numbered, Chicken George wins HOH live on Big Brother tonight in a final question against Danielle...it was annod that this will be a double eviction week....and George nominates JAMES and ERIKA!!!! This comes as a surprise considering George seemed to be leaning toward Danielle's side of the house although not really committing.

If you'd like to discuss the issue on ATRTV, what this means for veto and what you think of Chicken George as HOH, head HERE

Is James Flipping Again??

Ok, so we all know James has flipped sides from teh S6 to the Legion of Doom....However after last nights reveal from Boogie to Janelle about his and Erika's relationship outside the house, could James be coming back to the S6 afterall.

Here is a bit of what happened last night......

Boogie later tells her (Janelle) that he has been dating Erika for six months and that he controls her. It's like you could see the penny drop and Janelle says, "You guys planned to vote out Marcellas all along." She is pissed and goes on to say, "I really don't care what your personal relationship is with Erika. I want her gone! You are going to vote out Marcellas right?" Boogie tells her it's 50-50 and she asks James and he says that he doesn't understand why Marcellas has been protected for so long...

Feeds switch to Erika talking to James. James says that you (Erika) and Boogie have been lying to me. Erika promises that she isn’t with Boogie. She swears she is not going after James. Erika wants to know who told him about this. James says just think of who might have said something. Erika says, “It has to be Marcellas." James informs her that Marcellas has not campaigned against her. She really wants to know who it is and she will be investigating it. Boogie and Will come in to ask James, “What the hell with the secret meeting.” James tells him that everyone is concerned including him about the Boogie/Erika relationship outside the house and the LOD don't have a leg to stand on because Boogie told them.

Rock Star Supernova - August 15, 2006

tonight we get unplugged performances, toby naked and dave and tommy shirtless. what a way to start a show! but then Zayra, what planet is she on? sure it was pretty in an "i don't know what she's saying" way but how can she think that's what supernova wants for their band? the minute i heard she wanted the original song i knew we'd be in for a ride. at least it was an unplugeed kinda thing so she wasn't flying all over the stage. with magnus i felt like a was watching some sort of lounge act. his voice was great but the song was so weird on him and the white suit added to the loungy feel. patrice pike ... i hate her voice, i hate the looks on her face when she sings and to me she has to try too hard to be a rocker. it doesn't seem natural. oh yeah and the song sucked as bad as her clothes. as they're trashing her all i can think is how gorgeous dave's eyes are ............ oh goodie it's a commercial i can have a little david moment. dave's band the panic channel's debt CD came out today. i bought mine at 9:01 am this morning and have listened to it all day. it's a must buy so head to your local music store or to www.thepanicchannel.com and check out how to get this awesome CD. why are you still sitting here .... GO BUY IT!!!!! well you can finish reading this first if you like. ok so back to the show ... lukas. he's as good as he is weird. wouldn't it be funny if a canadian won this twice in a row?!? i have to say that i prefer lukas without the red eye makeup ....... the silvery was better. storm large ... yeah cause that's her real name ........i'm not a big fan of the song and never have been. it seemed odd on her too. and what was with the weird akward dance during the guitar solo. it somewhat reminded me of when ashlee simpson did the jig on SRL because she screwed up and didn't know what to do. tommy said it was "sauteed in wrong sauce ..... i want my money back." LMFAO! i felt the same way baby. toby gets the chance to sing with gilby, he ran around the pool naked to get to be able to do that song. hopefully he can pull it off. he's too hot to go errrrr i mean he's too good to go. maybe it's because i was lost in his sparkly eyes but i thought it was great and i loved it. the boys seemed to like it too so hopefully he's safe. dave said he did killer but after toby said he loved the panic channel he changed that to it was the best performance of the night. LOL oh dave you're so cute. then tommy topped it off with telling him he had a nice ass. ruan star is next with his pretty awesome version of a phil collins song. he's come up a long way in my books in the last few weeks. dave compliments him as well as the blond playing in the string section. that man is always on. last but certainly not least dilana sings cats in the cradle and as always she's great and the boys loved her. early voting results showed patrice, zayra and TOBY in the bottom!!! vote people vote and get that man off the bottom so we can see more of his!! and i'll end by saying tell me dave isn't prettier in that picture then brooke!!!

The Dawning of a New HOH

8:03AM BBT:

Everyone is outside, sitting on the red couch. They seem either sleepy or annoyed off. Dani is in her pink robe and Marcellas is in his white robe. It seems as though they were made to wake up early and go outside for lockdown. I see everyone but Janelle, George and Erika. Danielle starts to sing, and we have another FOTH and it's a long one.

8:20AM BBT:

Feeds are back and Erika is outside. She is sitting there and not talking at all. Marcellas is sitting next to Danielle and he isn't talking. Boogie is talking with Danielle. Occasionally, she sings and we get FotH. Howie is playing pool with Will. James is lying down on the couch next to Erika. George is face down on a lounge chair, apparently asleep. Boogie is talking non-stop about his experiences with the bar scene, how he has championed certain bars that have that "special something," etc.

The "Big Brother All-Star" HouseGuests are about to see some familiar faces.

According to CBS, several former HouseGuests will lend a hand in this week's Head of Household, Food and Veto Competitions.

The first group of former HouseGuests will return for a surprise cameo appearance to air Thursday, Aug. 10 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) during the live eviction show. The former HouseGuests will be incorporated into the HOH competition, which will require this season's All Stars to recall specific clues they have received from the former Houseguests throughout the week in order to be crowned this week's HOH.

Another group of former Houseguests will return to serve as judges during this week's Food Competition to air on Sunday, Aug. 13 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT). Former Houseguests are also playing a role in the Veto Competition to air on Tuesday, Aug. 15 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT).

The surprise appearances will likely be seen on the 24/7 "Big Brother" live Internet feeds before they are broadcast on the series. Last night on the feeds, the HouseGuests began seeing ghostly images of former HouseGuests in the windows and mirrors of the house.

On this Thursday’s live show, host Julie Chen will explain the "Coup d'Etat," twist which will enable one person to overthrow the HOH at a moment's notice and since Janelle Pierzina won the Veto Competition on last night’s broadcast, either Kaysar Ridha or James Rhine will be evicted on that show."

1) What have you been doing since you were on Big Brother? What are your latest professional projects?
Acting and acting a fool. Drug dealin' and hangin out....JK. Worked on a SAG short film called the soup of the day and starting back up next month on a related movie. SAG was my goal and reality well thats that. I'm also training at Equinox in Beverly Hills where i have trained clients such as Frankie Muniz aka Malcom in the Middle and Pauly Shore. It's a dream and goal of mine to turn people into their dreams and shape their minds and bodies into what they desire. Like mine....jk. hahhahaha.

2) What motivated you to originally want to be on a Reality TV show and why did you pick to be on Big Brother?
I was bored and well it's TV and a chance to sleep with some hot women. And i live in Hollywood now and rock shit here. The houseguests in the house now are lame asses and it shows...Most of them called me b4 they entered the house for advice and well that's why the show is what it is......boring and lame.

Ex-'Survivor' Hatch Now in W.Va. Prison

SOURCE

Richard Hatch, convicted of failing to pay taxes on the $1 million he won on the debut season of "Survivor," has been sent to a federal prison in West Virginia.

Hatch, 45, of Newport, R.I., was convicted by a federal jury of failing to pay taxes on the "Survivor" prize and other income. He was sentenced in May to 51 months in prison by a judge who said the reality TV star had lied repeatedly on the witness stand.

He is at the West Virginia Federal Correctional Institute in Morgantown. Last month, he was moved to the Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City after previously being held at the Plymouth County Correctional Facility in Massachusetts.

Hatch became known on CBS's "Survivor" as the "fat naked guy" for refusing to wear clothes.
