Big Brother Till Death Do Us Part.....Feed Recap 02/13/08

WOW....What a day this was in the Big Brother house.....

8:00 am
Things have quieted down from the night before. Sheila is the first one up and takes a shower. She goes to the kitchen to clean up while she makes some coffee. No one else gets up so she enjoys some alone time with her coffee. Alex and Amanda eventually stir. They decide to stay in bed and spoon though.

9:30 am -
Good morning houseguests, it is time to get up for the day. The houseguests come to life with bathroom and kitchen activities mostly. Matt and Parker go on pillow patrol and literally pummel a couple houseguests that have ignored the wake up call. They are enjoying themselves. Jen ripped a nail wrestling with Ryan. The Houseguests are on an inside lockdown and speculate what BB is building out back. Some think there will be a food comp, but no one is sure yet.

11:00 am
We learn that Chelsia tried out for last season and she made the top 20. She thinks she would've been stuck with an enemy last year because BB recruited her. Natalie used to go to Starbucks but won’t go back after working as a bikini barista. She wants to invest in her own coffee place where the baristas would wear mermaid bathing suits. Throughout the day Matt tells anyone that will listen about not wanting to lead Natalie on. He thinks she has the wrong idea and he just wants to be friends. We learn that Amanda tried out for last season and BB called her to try for this season. Alex thinks this happened to several of the Houseguests. Matt, Alex, Neil, and Josh are all around one bed in the boat room. James is also in there on the other bed. Matt is not going to try to put out in his relationship. Josh talks about Neil being shy when they cuddle. James asks if he is a virgin. Josh said he would have sex. “It’s a TV show, its all about people watching ya… don’t have time to be shy.” Elsewhere Sheila says she would totally hook up with Alex. She hates her partner, Adam. He cried yesterday. Natalie makes some snide remarks about Matt. Sheila says she would hate to have Natalie's partner. Amanda says she’s not attracted to Alex and he hasn’t really tried to hook up with her. Ryan lays down and Jen straddles him. Appears to be doing his nails. We learn Sheila dropped out of school in the 8th grade to pursue acting and modeling. Meanwhile, Chelsia and Neil urge Matt to talk to Natalie. He finds her and says we have to talk in a few minutes and kisses her cheek. Noon Matt talking to Parker says that he signed a contract stating the prize would be $500,000 and no splitting money with partner. Sheila tells Natalie, Jen and Ryan how she got into Penthouse and how her mother found out because the guy her mom was dating was a Penthouse fan. We learn she did a movie with Shelly Winters, She’s been on David Letterman. She and Letterman have the same birthday. She was also in Spring Break, and in European Vacation she was a pig in the poke girl that gave out the prizes. Natalie shares that her family found out she was a stripper when her uncle saw her pulling out of the strip club parking lot. Nominations Today is showing on feed one. According to Amanda, they moved in on Thursday night. Sharon/Jacob were evicted late Saturday night/early Sunday morning. Parker tells Matt he and Jen are back on the same page. Says anger brings out the worst in people. Matt said “like last night”. He tells Matt he talked to her last night and she said Ryan gave his blessing if she needed to vote for him to leave. They are talking about Parker and Jen going up against Allison and Ryan. Parker says he felt a lot of guilt having to evict Sharon and Jacob when he knew the secret about Jen and Ryan. 1:00 pm Jen tells Amanda, “I’d have to vote Ryan out to earn you guys' trust. Actions speak louder than words. Obviously Id rather be with you than Natalie and Parker wont choose between you two”. She said she will give them her word if she’s not on the block that she will vote Ryan and Allison out. Later Parker and Amanda are in the boat room working Sheila in case they are on the block against Ryan and Allison. Sheila said she told Natalie last night that there is no way in hell she is voting out Parker and Jen. She also talks to Jen right after that and agrees to keep her word if needed.

1:30 -
We see a brief game of air hockey without the air on the kitchen table. Next we see Allison working Sheila for her vote. Then up to the HOH room Allison tells Jen that she has to go in order for her to have a shot or Allison has to go for Jen to have a shot. Amanda said she doesn't think there will be POV this year.

2:00 pm
Sheila and Ryan chat. Allison joins and they work Sheila for her vote too. Josh walks by and tells Sheila to shut up because she is going around making everything worse. She gets pissed and argues back with him as he leaves the room. Shortly after Joshuah lets Sheila know that was to make people think he was going against the grain. Joshuah said they need to keep the drama going to make people think they are hating on each other. He wants the other half to think he is a swing vote. He lets Neil, Ryan, and Allison in on this plan as well. They all get quiet and listening to Jen talk in the other room about people not wanting to admit they owe her and Parker. Feeds go to the bathroom where Jen is telling Matt and Chelsea she knows she will go up this week. She is telling them that Ryan told her he no longer has her back. Right after we see Jen and Ryan arguing that they are no longer working together. Jen says she can't play this game while he is here. Ryan says the game won't be fair until one of them has gone. She storms out and tells the others, "Don's put me up...I'm voting him out. Ryan is campaigning against me. I can't play this game with him here." Later Amanda reassures Jen and Parker that Ryan would go if it’s a tie and she and Alex would save Parker and Jen if they win veto. Sheila and Adam would be the replacement.
Long FOTH for Nomination ceremony

5:45 pm -
Feeds back and it is confirmed Jen/Parker and Allison/Ryan are the nominees. Matt tells James the house will be a little less on edge if one of the couples go. In the HOH Amanda has a melt down about some missing belts. She’s yelling and panicked and wants BB to review the tapes. Parker eventually found the belts in a drawer. All is right with the world again for Amanda. Alex and Parker talking in the hallway outside HOH room. Parker says he is really hurt. Alex says he is sorry (for putting him up). Chelsea is in kitchen saying she is going to eat before the food competition just as BB shows us a storage room freshly restocked with a ton of food. We then get to watch a large group in the living room playing charades.

7:00 PM
Chelsia and James in the boat room in bed with Allison telling them Sheila is play acting that she is going to vote out Allison and Ryan. Allison leaves and Chelsia and James think there is another secret couple, maybe Amanda and Parker. Chelsiea wants Amanda and Alex out bad. James joked with Chelsia that he and Neil were a couple. Chelsia made him swear that wasn't true and told him he almost gave her a heart attack. Amanda, Alex and Matt in the HOH room where Amanda says she has been flirting with Adam and is going to keep flirting with him to sway him. Jen and Ryan are in the bathroom chairs snuggling when we learn that Jen needs to push her tampon back in but aware that the camera is watching. Ryan reaches down and does it for her (She’s wearing pants). Amanda tells Sheila that she will have to put her and Adam up if someone comes off with POV. Sheila says she's fine with that. Lots of scheming on all feeds until just before 8:00 pm when we get a long FOTH for no apparent reason.

9:00 pm -
Feeds come back and ShoToo begins with people crying everywhere. Plus there is a feed focused on Sharon on the couch. Yes the previously evicted Sharon is back in the house! We are quick to learn that Neil has left the game it would seem voluntarily due to a personal issue.
The ShoToo crawl reads: Season 9 of Big Brother is under way with a couples twist where 16 singles are paired with a soul mate and must play as pairs. Amanda and Alex are the HOH. Nominations for eviction will air Sunday night. Natalie and Amanda have formed an alliance. The exes, Sharon and Jacob were the first couple evicted. Amanda and Natalie bring Sharon up to speed and Sharon is shocked at what all has occured so quickly. They go up to show her the HOH and Amanda tells her that everyone had to swear with the holy bible that no one else previously knew another house guest. Sharon is going a mile a minute to corner pretty much everyone with an impressive sell job that Jacob really heard Ryan say Parker was a snake but because of the Ryan and Jen secret, he was left looking like the guilty one. She got the pieces to fit very well. Meanwhile Jen and Ryan are out on back couch oblivious to all of it. Sheila tells Sharon she went into the DR screaming a few days ago and they had to talk her out of leaving. Parker tells Sharon he has Sheila thinking he’s mad at Alex for putting him up. He also tells her about his King Parker display from last night.

10:00 PM
Alex offers to let Josh watch him shower now that he has no gay guys in the house to look at. Sharon and Josh have their first strategy talk. Josh tells Sharon her first allegiance need to be to him. Josh explains getting rid of Ryan hurts the alliance he’s made and she keeps pushing how Jen should stay. Sharon keeps saying she’s playing for Jacob too and Josh says he’s playing for Neil. They kind of resolve to wait for Veto to make any decisions. Sharon leaves to the sauna room with Amanda. Jen finally makes an appearance and hugs Sharon and apologizes. Sharon plays it off. Everyone sits down to dinner. They all join hands and do a wave around table twice then say grace. In mid bite, Josh just breaks down sobbing and eventually takes his plate and leaves the table. He goes for a cry in the Sauna room followed closely by Chelsea to comfort him.

11:00 PM
It dawns on Josh he can have some alone time in the Water Closet and goes to collect his thoughts. Sharon and Parker work each other against Jen. Sharon ranting about how screwed they all are, evaluating who got it worse. Hot Tub Time – Amanda tells Joshuah that she will take him to final 3. Josh says he was crying hysterically for 20 minutes in the diary room. Amanda floating around flirty in front of Josh until she eventually gets on his lap. She’s trying to convince him to get "them" out. Chelsia, Natalie, and James join in the hot tub Midnight Alex, Adam, and Matt are playing pool, James is watching. Sharon corners Ryan with a sob story about missing Jacob. Shortly after Parker is massaging Amanda in the sauna room while Sharon watches. Lots of trash talk about Jen. Parker comments about the camera zooming in on the massage and says "They are loving this".

1:00 AM
Allison and Ryan talking in the store room: He promises that he will not throw the Veto. Then Joshuah and Allison are talking in bed. Joshuah is extremely upset and crying again. He's upset that he couldn't say goodbye to Neil and he seems really skeptical about Sharon. He was getting really close to some guy named Chase when he was back home and he was semi-expecting Chase to walk through the door instead of Sharon. He started crying again when he started talking about Chase.

2:00 AM
Joshuah shown in DR asking for Tylenol because of a headache. Parker with Sharon goes on an anti-BB rant saying they'll have to use plastic silverware soon. If the show was any longer they'd kill each other and it would be the first reality show death. Parker said he wanted to kill himself and Amanda got really upset and walked off while Parker apologized. Parker feels like an ass and Sharon says to let her sleep on it. Feed switches to the Occupied sign on the WC door as Parker approaches and we hear heavy breathing from ‘somewhere’. We hear Jen say "did you already?" or something to that effect as Parker cracks up and walks away. We hear Ryan and Jen laugh and say give us 15 seconds. Parker lays on the loveseat and laughs as Jen and Ryan come out of the WC. Jen says "don't tell anyone" and "they won't show that on the internet will they?" They say one of us is leaving, so what the heck. Everyone goes or has already gone to bed and the house goes quiet.

Survivor Fans vs Favorites - Episode Two

So episode two begins of course with a recap to remind us that Johnny Fairplay has left the island. I am not sure how I really feel about this. Although I don't like Fairplay, I think he could have brought some good drama to the show and created some problems. As a possible fifth for the two 4-people alliances that are already in place, he could have potentially been a power player. Now Cirie has the power.

This week, in celebration of Valentine's Day, we get our first peek at love in bloom. James is digging himself another hole and looks to be on the path to making another huge blunder in the game by messing with Parvati. I know she is smoking hot, but didn't he learn anything in China. She is stringing him along and will flip as soon as she has to. I can hear Parvati now..."hey diddle diddle, let me play James like a fiddle".

As for Ozzy and Amanda, they are the first couple (this season) to make out. Some heavy petting and passionate kisses take place at night when they think no one is watching. But unbeknowst to them Cirie and Jonathon have caught then swapping spit. This will prove to be Ozzy's undoing for sure. And I say Ozzy because he is so strong in comps that he will be the one that is choosen to go first over Amanda.

The fans seem to be having difficulty getting their island life together. No fire, no food, no water and a half ass shelter. As they try to work together to get shelter, it seems like everyone wants to talk at the same time. This only causes more confusion and you quickly see the tribe split, 7 to 3, with the three being Kathy, Chet and Tracey. However the three work together and get a pretty decent shelter built while the 7 decide to clean out the "cave" so they can sleep there. Only problem I see is the cave does not look like it would be big enough for 2 let alone 7. Finally the 7 come to their senses (after they see the shelter the 3 built) and finally decide to ask for help to get another shelter built. They finally get fire going and are able to get water boiled.

This week the immunity challenge and reward challenge are one in the same. Reward is fishing stuff and a fishing boat. Winner gets to choose someone from the losing team to go to Exile island. There is also another twist that they learn once the challenge is over and that is the winning team also has to choose someone from their own team to go to Exile island. Two people will be exiled and there is one idol on the island. That should prove interesting.

The challenge involves 5 people running over "lilly" pads in the water to a platform then diving off and swimming to another platform where they will have to climb up to another platform (too many platforms). From their they will jump out and try to bust a hanging tile which will release a key. they have to retrieve the key and swim back in. One team member will collect the keys from the 5 swimmers. Once all keys have been retrieved, the "key master" will use the keys to unlock a trunk that has puzzle pieces in it. Then 3 "puzzle makers" will solve the puzzle. First team to correctly solve the puzzle, which is a map of Micronesia wins.

Ozzy is first out of the gate and gets a commanding lead for the Favs. But the Fans stay strong....that is until Chet can't find the key after he busts the tile. Looks like the Favs have this one in the bag but then the Fans make a good comeback, but it's a little too late. The Favs win immunity and reward. They choose Kathy from the Fans tribe to go to Exile Island and Cirie from their tribe. So off they go in search of the hidden immunity idol at Exile. The clue they received leads them to another clue, which leads them to another clue and another clue. Funny thing is the clues lead them back and forth from island to island. Their final clue instructs them to go back where they began....lol. We never find out if they find the idol, but my guess is no.

The next day is tribal council day for the Fans and Kathy returns to her tribe. It looks like Chet may be the one to go. Mikey seems to have figured out all the angles in case Kathy found another idol. The only thing Mikey hasn't figured out is that he is getting too close to Mary and The Hulk sees this and hatches a plan to get Mary out thereby crushing Mikey and taking out his biggest ally. As we get to tribal council it appears this will be a total blindside for Mary. Mikey and Mary have no clue and instead think Chet will be leaving. So Mary is voted out and Mikey is left there stunned. Jeff was pretty surprised to and leaves us with this quote....First Tribal Council, First Blindside. Next weeks challenge looks like it is going to be brutal....we see the Survivors all made up with war paint and atacking each other.

All in all a good episode. I just so wish James would come out of the Parvati fog and not make the biggest mistake you can make in this game. If you are gonna fool around on the island don't get caught. You can not show that you are getting too close to someone this early on in the game. Same goes for Ozzy...wake up dude. Jonathan seems to be playing a better game this time around. As for the Fans, I am still not there yet with them. I have no favorite, but if I had to choose I would say Mikey, but that is a bad choice because he will be out soon. I hope The Hulk (can not remember his name) goes soon.

Sharron is back! i'm not really clear why. was she in sequester? why was she in sequester if she was? why her and not jacob? were they planning on bringing someone back even if neal didn't have to leave for a "family" problem? it's all up in the air?

which brings me to neil ...... he's GONE! how sad for josh! he lost his soulmate. i wonder why he had to leave, i'm guessing it would have to be a big deal.

i've been thinking that since amanda's ass gets just as much air time as some HGs that it should get it's own picture on the wall. i'm not complaining though, it is a nice ass. to be very honest i'd rather see her ass on the wall then her face. she's kind of a monet ......pretty from far away but when you get too close it's just a big ole mess!

have you ever met a couple that shares too much of their "personal" life with you before you really even know them that well? you know the ones that seem just a little bit too close? that is jen and ryan. from their talk of "squirting" and "hand jobs" to her asking him TO HELP HER ADJUST HER TAMPON they creep me out a little and i don't creep out easy. i kinda feel sorry for their loved ones on the outside!

adam .............. he's gross. he's wiping his boogers all over the house. i can stand puke, baby poop ...... just about anything but boogies make me gag. he's so NASTY!

Big Brother Feed Recap-Tuesday Feb 12th

8:00AM BBT:
Shelia is up for the day. She is in the bathroom doing ADLs.

9:30AM BBT:
We come back from FotH to see that the HoH couple is up and now BB is saying that it is time to wake up and that the lights must remain on all day. Alex, Josh, and Natalie are told to put on their microphones. People are doing their ADLs. BB Tells the HGs they’re on LD.Later in kitchen, Shelia and Allison are talking about Neil. When he sleeps he sounds like a horn. Allison says, “Ryan is annoying loud. I've never met anyone who snores as loud as him in my life." Shelia says, "He should have surgery to fix that."

10:30AM BBT:
Amanda is cooking; Ryan and Jen kiss while Josh cuts bread. Amanda helps Jen make toast. Morning rituals.

10:44AM BBT:
Amanda is still cooking. We’ve had a couple of FotHs. Jen stands next to Amanda as Amanda makes Jen and Ryan’s breakfast.

10:48AM BBT:
Alex and Josh talk about what they think is coming up this week in competitions. Alex says he hears them building something outside.

10:50AM BBT:
Alex and Allison enter the kitchen. (Allison is only wearing a towel.)Matt is sitting with the guys chatting saying that he got cast for “Shot of Love” with Tilla Tequila but he didn't show up. The guys continue to talk about other reality TV shows.

11:00AM BBT:
Natalie tells Chelsia and Jen, "When I started my Bikini.... I mean started working for my dad at the Bikini coffee shop."

11:05AM BBT:
Alex has joined the group in the boat room.In the kitchen, Natalie tells Jen and Shelia how great the food is at her father's shop and that her uncle bakes stuff. Shelia tells them she would like to open a coffee shop.Amanda is talking about how she was seeing people in the mirror last night and it freaked her out. They talk about the cameras following them and how bad it is in the HoH (camera following them). They then talk about taking a bubble bath and how they took one last night in the HoH and they were clothed.

12:00PM BBT:
Matt, Parker, and James are debating if they get 500K or only 250K if they win, insisting it had better be 500K each - even if a couple wins together.In the spa, Sheila is telling her story of being discovered. The girls get distracted easily, but Ryan is listening. She mentions that she wants “Lindsay Lo-ham” to play her in the movie about Bob and the Penthouse saga. Jen corrects her with "Lohan" but Sheila covers by saying she likes the ham ending better. Amanda and Allison leave.Natalie chimes in with some of her stripper background - how Mom found out. Her uncle saw her driving out of the strip club. She says that her family was all calling her telling her they are worried about her and that her cousin was there and she danced for his friends. Natalie says that she was a stripper because she wanted to pay for college.Jen continues with Ryan's manicure.

12:15PM BBT:
In the kitchen, Josh is putting on clear nail polish. Also in the room are Neil, Chelsea, Alex, Matt, and Allison. Two feeds each on both groups. Others are in unknown places. Amanda just showed up - doing whatever with Parker's hair in the boat room.

12:25PM BBT:
The fireplace screen in the living room just lit up with "Nominations Today." No one has seen it yet. We get FotH and back again. Parker says that it is hard to believe that they have been in there for 6 days. Neil is talking about how he came out and how his family was supportive, but his dad cried a lot because he felt bad for how he had bashed before. Talking about how they are eating so much and how the food is going bad. Parker wants to make a turkey loaf while Amanda is doing Parker’s hair and Neil is talking about gaining weight and how bored they are and moving furniture.

1:05PM BBT:
Jen and Amanda are in the HoH Room talking strategy. Jen feels like she was forced to talk to Parker about her vote against Ryan. Amanda then changes the subject to clothes. Jen is talking about taking herself off the block with the PoV Amanda, Jen, and Natalie have an alliance with their boys. More strategy talk about if James gets the PoV and uses it on Ryan. Jen knows that her key is not going to come out of the box, so Amanda knows that she is going on the block along with Ryan and Allison. Amanda thinks that it’s bad that Ryan wants to stay in when Jen is the one who wanted to come on Big Brother, not Ryan. Jen said that she will vote out Ryan but she will need some serious "TLC" from everyone else when she does it, knowing that her vote sent him out. Amanda is now talking about how Alex claims to be a neat freak but is really messy with his shirt everywhere and hair in the shower.

1:25PM BBT:
Jen, Parker, and Shelia (Ma) are in the boat room. Jen is speculating about how nominations are going to go today.Shelia is telling them she will keep her word to save them, that it sucks and it’s horrible. She told Natalie last night that she is “NOT” voting out Parker and Jen. Jen says if she keeps her word it will help her go a long way in this game. Jen says, “So you would vote out Ryan and Allison?" Shelia waivers a bit. Sheila then goes up to Matt and Natalie and tells them Parker and Jen are probably going up. Matt is giving his vote to Parker and Jen. Matt tells Shelia, "You owe Jen and Parker." Matt tells Natalie they need to talk first before they discuss anything with anyone. Shelia leaves Matt and Natalie and Matt explains to Natalie that he is sticking with Parker. He tells Natalie not to talk to anyone without him and puts emphasis on them being a team. Sheila is now talking to Allison... Allison says if they don't get the PoV they have the votes to stay. She is counting Sheila as a sure vote for her and Ryan. Sheila tells Allison she gave her word to Jen and Parker but is worried if she goes back on her word. Allison says, “And what?? If you go back on your word they will be gone, so what will they be able to do?” Shelia appears to be giving her loyalty to Allison.

2:10PM BBT:
Jen cuts Alex’s hair and Josh and Neil sit and watch. Josh says, “Shelia is psycho cuz she gonna have to vote out Allison.” Josh says he had to disrespect her and tell her to “shut up” and that she wants to play “Mom” and “playful kid.” Alex thinks she can’t do both at her age. Neil tells them she can’t keep going psycho, “She has to be Mom or cool kid, not both.” Josh says he’s not afraid to stand up to her. Jen thinks she did a great job on Alex’s hair and in comes Ryan.

2:25PM BBT:
Josh tells Amanda it would be a tie vote if it’s Ryan and Allison and Parker and Jen nominated, and that Amanda and Alex would have to break it.In the red room Josh tells Shelia and Allison that Parker and Jen would be evicted, as Neil and Josh will vote Parker and Jen out.

2:45 PM BBT:
Jen and Ryan just had a big blow up fight. Ryan is campaigning against Jen. Jen told Amanda to put her up on the block, thinking that she was safe. When Jen goes to talk to Ryan it starts out nice and calm. When Jen brings up the fact that she heard that Ryan was campaigning, Ryan goes on the defensive. He said that he was not going to just roll over for her. Jen told him that she did not trust him at all. They get into a screaming fight about how Jen went to bat for Ryan last night against Parker and now he won’t fight for her. Jen leaves to go talk to Parker.

2:54PM BBT:
We keep getting feed breaks with FotH. Jen keeps telling everyone how much she wants this and she is the one having a fit, whereas Ryan is talking calmly and telling her that it is a game and that he is not going to roll over. Jen reiterates that she has "wanted this for soooo long" and others chime in and tell her to realize that they have ALL wanted this for “sooo” long. She (Jen) says regardless, she and Ryan will still be together when it is over. FotH. We are back and Jen keeps saying "this sucks, this isn't fair," and then something is said about sequester and we get FotH again.

2:55PM BBT:
Amanda said the DR was about to call her and Alex in.

3:00PM BBT:
FotH and Trivia.

4:45PM BBT:
Feeds are back! Jen, Parker and Ryan, Allison have been nominated. Amanda, Jen, and Parker are in the HoH. Amanda says if she gets PoV Jen and Parker are being taken off. Matt comes into the HoH and tells Parker and Jen that they have his vote to stay. He is saying that Ryan was telling him that he couldn’t believe that he is going to vote out a “Boston boy.” Matt says that Jen and Parker are going to have to do some work and that Sheila and Adam aren’t going to vote for them without any work. Matt has no worries that Ryan and Allison are leaving. He reassures that Jen and Parker have their vote. Matt also tells Jen to be "fake nice." Matt is going to try and work James and Chelsea. Apparently, Natalie was trying to be swayed by Shelia, Matt says. Alex opens the grapevines licorice, then leaves. Jen, "What kind of ship doesn’t sink?” Parker said "Friendship, unless you let it." They are eating candy and telling the jokes on the wrappers. They talk about the fact that they had to rehearse the Nomination; they needed to get serious shots and were told to stop goofing off. They are talking about their Diary Rooms, which is getting us sent to FotH.

5:55PM BBT:
Sheila and Allison are talking about how Jen is screwing up and such. Sheila is assuring Allison that she has their vote and that Jen has to go. Neil came into the spa where the girls are and said that Amanda is pissed and there is obvious yelling and screaming in the background.

6:00PM BBT:

Alex and Parker are in the hallway talking. Parker tells him he is hurt and Alex says he is sorry but he has to do it, it’s a miserable situation. Parker explains that Allison is campaigning against him and already trying to sway Natalie to vote him out. Alex tells him if they win PoV they are strong and the next power couple will put them up again.Sheila and Allison are in one room alone and everyone else is in the LR or Kitchen looking at the supplies BB has delivered.

The HGs are all playing charades with movies as the categories in the Living Room. By 6:30pm the HGs are cooking dinner. Amanda, Ryan, and James appear to be helping out the most.

Charades is still going on with everyone taking turns. Parker is in the kitchen preparing green peppers. He's leaving out the mushrooms from the recipe and going to put them on the side because Adam and Matt do not like mushrooms.

The HGs are still playing charades. Natalie did “The Bourne Identity” and Parker got it, then Sheila, but Parker is cooking so Sheila went up to do her charade and as soon as she got up there Trivia came on and it said a single word on the screen – Pig.

James tells Chelsia that he is about $30-40K in debt from losing a personal business last year in April/May 07. Matt cannot stand Sheila and Alex is saying that Amanda's voice drives him crazy and he could not live with her.Matt: "Soul mates my ass!"Matt thinks that he and need to get “The Boys” on their side. Alex says his plan is that he wants Amanda to think as little as possible. Matt can't stand Sheila, the worst in the house, besides his partner. Matt cannot stand the sound of Natalie’s voice either. Amanda says that James and Chelsia and the Boys are going to vote to keep Jen and Parker. Natalie and Matt will vote to keep Ryan and Amber so that Sheila and Adam's vote can cause a tie or vote out Jen and Parker. Amanda would like Jen and Parker to stay because Allison will nominate Amanda if they win HoH. Sheila said that she made a pact with Parker to not betray him BUT, she said that was BEFORE she found out about the situation.

Big Brother Feed Recap-Tuesday Feb 12th

I am going to be doing recaps a little differently this year. Instead of minute to minute recaps, I will give you an update on the goings on in the house about every four hours. If something earth shattering happens between posts, I will for sure let you know. After the show last night we were treated to feeds of the new pets of the house, the guinea pigs. Cute little piggies, that for sure.

At around 9pm, the feeds go live and we pick up on the action and there is lots of it for a first night:
It seems that Alex and Amanda are HoH (was confirmed later in the night) and Sharon and Jacob where evicted already. Parker and Jen are fighting. They are having a pow-wow in the HoH room with Amanda, Natalie, Matt and Alex. Alex says he can understand where Parker is coming from wanting Ryan gone because Jen has an unfair advantage having Ryan, her Boyfriend, in the house. Boy that secret didn't last long did it...lol

Jen is not promising to vote with them and the others are not happy. Parker is not happy with Jen. He tells her his head is not stuck up his ass because his boyfriend is here. Parker is not bending on nominating Ryan he says he and Allison got “fucked” because they got paired with the couple of Ryan and Jen.

10:00PM BBT:
Amanda, Ryan and Jen are now in the living room. Jen said that she's like Amber from BB8 (she’s crying....OMG I hope not).
Joshua and Neil are talking with James. Joshua says they have been told he and Neil will be put up every single time. Neil just said he hates Jen. James and Chelsea and Neil and Josh seem to be thinking they are going up. Saying they must align and manipulate. Say worst case is if the four of them are the ones up. Neil wants to start some rumors. Telling people "I need to talk to you cuz Jen just said this" and try to pit some people against each other. Matt is aligned with Alex and they say the girls will follow them.

Jen, Amanda and Ryan are all talking about how Jen and Ryan got screwed with the whole couple thing. They are wishing that they never told anyone about them being a couple (duh).
Talking about how the whole aspect of being a couple hurts them not just in the game, but emotionally, basically Ryan's jealously.
Jen talks about how bad Parker has treated her. Alex explains to her that he feels bad for the two of them while Amanda wonders if there is even a Veto.
Matt heads to the Kitchen and Feeds follow. Ryan asks the others in the LR if there will be a Veto. Alex tells him the he is HoH till next Wednesday. They speculate about competitions they will have to compete in.

10:30PM BBT:
In the LR Amanda, Ryan and Jen think the game will go fast and alliances will change. Jen is still crying and asks Ryan if he will ever vote her out and he says, “No.” Parker and Allison (who's wobbling as she walks) exit DR and go to the kitchen.

in Boat Room Jen & Ryan tell what happen outside to Neil & James & Shelia. Ryan spanks Amanda on boatbed. Josh strips to underwear and goes into DR. James is in pink boxers and gets into robe.

Big Brother Till Death Do Us Part.....

I have to say I was really excited when the show started. I mean haven't we all been asking for a winter BB for what seems like forever. And we finally got one. I did wonder if it would be as exciting as our summer staple and I have to say after this first episode....It was AWESOME!!! This first show had it all and from what I see there will be plenty of drama to come.

At first I thought the pairing into couples was going to be lame, but I think this will create more drama and more back stabbing than ever before. I was at first disappointed in BB for breaking up the girlfriend/boyfriend and pairing them with other people but I think this will be good. And keeping the exs together....WOW....will these two find their way back to each other or will they kill each other...that is the question.

As for my first thoughts on the hamsters...man was I wrong on a few of them. The two cutest guys, end up being the gay guys...lol. I had that one totally wrong. And the "cougar", Shelia, is she a nutcase or what. Whine, whine, whine.....here's some crackers Sheila!

I like Alex and Amanda. She so totally reminds me of Sarah (remember Sarah and James).

I was however correct about Parker and Matt. They will both be shit starters. I love Matt's Boston accent, reminds me of Boston Robb from Survivor.

Jen is going to be a spit fire for sure. But can she handle not being paired with her real life boyfriend Ryan. I see that relationship being exposed because I see Ryan being the overly jealous type and he won't be able to handle Jen sleeping in the same bed as Parker. Jen is gonna have to keep him in check if they want to last.

As for the "Power Couple" challenge, the equivalent of HOH, that was a great challenge. Having them hang there intertwined together.....lol. I think they did not realize exactly how hard it would be. It would have been better to have the bigger person on bottom hanging on. It seemed, to me, that person had the harder task, more so than the one on top. I can't believe Matt and Natalie gave up. Never ever give up.

Should be interesting tomorrow to see who goes home. My bet is Adam and Sheila and that's a shame for Adam, because the only reason he would be going home is because of Sheila and her bitching. They were not in the house a couple hours and she was already being a bitch. And what other secret will be revealed......hmmmm. Check back tomorrow for what should be another good show.

Are You Ready????

Are you ready for some football...oops wrong show, lol. But seriously, are you ready for some Big Brother? Come on....are you really ready! Today is the day that it all begins....and I for one am ready. Ready to see what CBS has given us with this years batch of hamsters. I think the twist will again be lame, but haven't we come to expect lame twists with BB. I have to wonder if the reason for the "paring" of hamsters is in case the writer's strike is resolved, then the powers that be (Alison Grodner, exec producer) can decide to shorten our winterized BB and send two people packing each week. I hope not. I hope we get a full version and the finale is not until late April/early May. Why....because then it's only a short time later that Summer BB will begin and I personally think one BB a year is not enough (do you hear me Alison....). But be prepared because the powers that be and the writers are thisclose to coming to a resolution and will be getting back to work.

The house looks pretty cool from what I have seen in the pictures, but I think there may be just a tad too much red and gold. A bordello gone wrong...lol. I think they could have brightened it up just a bit, but that's just my opinion. Of course I am sure once I see it on tv, it will look totally different and I will have to change my opinion. I see that BB has provided the backyard and swimming pool with heat. Guess they want to make sure there are some bikini bods for us to view. Hopefully it won't be so cold that they stay bundled up the entire time. I don't know about you but the best part of BB is the hot bods...lol

So from what I have seen and heard of the hamsters this year, the main one to watch is Alex. From the pictures I was actually leaning towards Joshua and Neil, but I am open to giving Alex a chance. All three look like they will be eye candy for sure, so here's hoping they lose the shirts quickly....lol. Parker will be the shit stirrer and Adam looks like another Zach to me. Jacob...hmmm...I think he may be a Jason wannabe...you know, the virginal bible toting liar! Matt....he reminds me of someone and I can't think of who it is, but just know this...that smile of his, beware. I can see right thru that smile. He looks like he has some of Johnny Fairplay in those eyes...watch for him to be devious. Probably a gossiper.

As for the women, I am leaning towards Amanda. She looks like a little spitfire. Natalie will last for a while if she wears a bikini....did you get a load of the size of her silicone....LMAO....talk about floatation devices...geez. Sheila, Sharon and Alison I predict one of them will be the first one gone. Jen looks like a Danielle Donato wannabe. Sorry Jen, there is only one Danielle. Chelsia looks like she could be the shit stirrer for the women. She will probably be jsut like Matt, gossip city!

I see where we have two gays in the house. This should be interesting. Who will be our Marcy and who will be out Bunky this year....lol. James looks like he could be more like Bunky and actually Adam looks like he could be more like Joe from last year. So maybe we won't have a Marcy and will have two Bunky's or two Joes....OMG, I feel sorry for the other hamsters if that is the case.

Checked out the feeds earlier today and to my surprise they were on. Yep that's right, the feeds were turned on and I was getting picture. Stop....don't hurt yourself trying to turn on your feeds. The only thing I was getting was video from NASA from some spacecraft. But at least it was video. As we all know the BB feeds won't come on until after the show ends which is 7 hours from now...woohoo! I wonder what the hamsters are doing right about now!!. If you know anything about BB and have ever watched the feeds, you know they are just getting up. I sure hope the powers that be at BB does something to stop the all day sleeping that we have been getting for how many years now. I mean, come on, I am not on west coast time, wake their asses up already!!!

Big Brother House Pics

Have you checked out the new house? Or the old house that has been revamped. Well, just in case you missed it, here are some photos of what to expect tomorrow night. Looks like they are going with a "winter" motif via the log cabin look

The swimming pool, and whole sections of the yard, are heated this year. And a cozy outdoor fire pit makes a great centerpiece for backyard gatherings, complete with a spectacular 40 foot wide, lake view.

After walking along an upper hallway, that evokes a giant library, the Upstairs Lounge is a cozy place to gather with friends on the soft suede sofa. A full-size, authentic handmade canoe hangs from the ceiling behind you!

HOH Room.

The dining room and kitchen furniture are in bright reds and yellows, but it’s the massive, exposed logs on the wall above that gives the place its rustic feel. And high above the dining room table, pine branches add to the woodsy décor.

The living room boasts a two story high, stone wall, behind a free-standing fireplace. Horizontal logs cover the adjoining wall, and a giant green semi-circular sofa, gives the impression of a 1970’s conversation pit. The mounted deer head on the opposite wall continues the lodge theme.

The largest of the bedrooms has been transformed into the Boat Room, with shelves and chests designed to resemble small rowboats…nautical blue walls…and even rowboat shaped beds!

Two large beds made of actual unfinished tree branches fill this room. But it’s the pink bedspreads and frilly touches that really give this room its feminine charm. Will be interesting to see what the men think of this room!

A brand new feature to the house this year, the Spa comes complete with a massage table, two-person sauna and lounge of its own, for heating up sore muscles after a big competition, relaxing with friends, or plotting your next strategic move.

Survivor - Fans vs Favorites - Episode One

You know, I have been eargerly anticipating the start of this season's Survivor. I kept thinking how great it would be to see Ozzy, James, Yau-Man and Jonathon again. How each of these deserved another chance. But I have to say I was let down. It wasn't as great of a first episode as I thought it would be. Maybe because it seemed like it went by so fast. Were there more commericals last night or what. As I am sitting there watching it with my dauther, when it was over, she looked at me and said "that's it...it's over". I had the same feeling - "that's it". Ho hum.

For future Survivors I think they should make the first episode a two-hour one. Being that you have the first 8-10 minutes of the show taken up by our beloved Jiffy riding high in the helicopter telling us what we are in for and then the introductions of the players while they paddle (in this case, while they were being paddled) to their first destination, and then all the commericals they have, it doesn't leave much time for acual action.

(**Please note, my article will be a mix of show recap and mu personal opinions mixed in**)

So like I said, as usual the show starts out typical with Jeff doing his infamous helicopter ride over the area. Let stop right here and say they are in an absolutely beautiful location. Both my daughter and I were amazed at how beautiful the water is. Could end up being our next vacation spot...lol

The fans are shown first while they are being rowed into shore. Looks like a motley crew to me.....lol. Next up is the Favs and of course Johnny "Fairplay" gives us the first sound bite when he tells us he thinks he is the greatest player in survivor history - in your mind maybe! Yau-Man tells us the only reason to play a second time is for the million dollars. Sorry Yau-man that would be the only reason I would play the first or second time. James says he feels like a fan not a fav because he is in awe of Ozzy and Yau-Man. Awww.....still as humble as ever. Don't you love him. Go James!!!

As the fans reach the beach in the pouring rain we learn that for Jason, this is a life dream, to be able to Survive in the wild. Tracey tells us that finally seeing Jiffy makes this surreal. (***by this time I am rolling my eyes***). Jeff finally reveals who they will be playing against - their favorite players from seasons past. As the favs are introduced to applause, Joel says he is excited to see James and thinks James was the biggest and strongest player in survivor history....until this season (**I am again rolling my eyes, but this time I add a hearty laugh to go with it**). Yau-Man gets the biggest applause of all. They save Fairplay for last and Jiffy introduces him as the most infamous player in Survivor history. Johnny comes out wearing a baseball cap that says "Will lie 4 food"....hahahahahah

The players are told they will have to walk or swim across to the other island to get to the respective boats. And he tells them there are two special hidden immunity idols waiting for them. These idols are only able to be used at the first tribal council that your tribe attends. After that they are worthless, at least to the Survivors. They will end up on EBAY where the $$$ that someone pays for them will go to Pediatric Aids Foundation.

As everyone reaches the island and starts wandering around looking for an idol, Johnny Fairplay finds the first one tied to the front of one of the boats. Too bad he found the one tied to the fans boat and when he realizes it he is caught in a tussle with Yau-Man who has seen the idol tied to the favs boat and makes a mad dash to get it. Yau-Man wins out and knocks little Fairplay down and gets the idol. Yau then tells Kathy, of the fans, to pick up the idol that Fairplay threw away. Johnny does what he does best now....whine about what a big bully Yau-Man is!

When we come back from commerical Mikey of the fans lets us in on some of the players and his nicknames for them. I had to mention this because I thought he hit the nail on the head and I laughed:
Kathy - this is a crazy woman who got the idol courtesy fo Yau-Man - he calls her Big Bird
Joel - you know the one who thinks he is bigger and stronger than James - he calls him Incredible Hulk
Chet - the token gay guy - he calls him Queer Eye for the Straight Guy
Erik - he calls him Jon Bon Jovi in his prime...lol
Alexis - Southern Princess is what he calls her.....

Big Bird, Kathy, shows her ignorance right off the bat when she asks Chet if it's ok to call him gay and says "it doesn't mean you want to be a girl does it". OMG...this woman is a nut case for sure. She can't get over the fact that she is thisclose to a gay guy because she says she has never met one. Chet fires back with "not that you knwo of" comment.....LMAO!!!!

We go back to see that the favs are all working together and putting there previous Survivor skills to work getting shelter done. This is the advantage they have over the fans. Johnny Fairplay tells his tribe that he found a message in a bottle that said that his grandmother had died. Over at the fans campsite, we see they are having a tough time with shelter and when nighttime comes they are still shelterless and fighting the pouring rain.

Parvarti didn't learn from the first time around and continues with her flirting, this time with James. And we see that the second couple that was mentioned pre-show is Ozzy and Amanda. I hope these guys wise up and see that they are being used but from previews and spoilers, they won't be thinking with their minds. Will James make another huge blunder and fall under Parvarti's spell.....I hope not!

The first alliance is born with Jonathon, Amy, Yau-Man and Eliza. Since they already notice the closeness of the couples they feel the need to get a 5th and for some reason they look at Fairplay. Where is Cirie. Amanda and Ozzy pull Johnny Fairplay aside and try to pull him in to be their 5th as well and tell him they will be voting out Elize. Of course Fairplay goes along with this in front of them but then we see him spilling all to the other 4 person alliance. For some reason these 4 also believe Johnny and get him to agree to be in their group. What??? Did any of these people watch Fairplay during his Survivor stint. Don't they know he is the biggest con artist out there. He says it best right before commerical when he says" It's an insane thing, there are 9 other favorite survivors of all time and they all believe what I am saying. Have they not watched before". My thoughts exactly Johnny!

The favs get fire first with Yau-Man using his glasses and the sun.

As they all arrive to the first immunity challenge, Jiffy gets "DeJaVu" feelings. When asked how they are faring, Eliza gloats and runs her mouth about how they have the bigger advantage and they are living high. Eating and drinking and having fun. Someone needs to shut her up.

The immunity challenge consists of taking puzzle pieces and puting them together to make 4 wheels which will go on a cart. The cart must then be pushed, while carrying two players, thru some obstacles to a sand pit where they will have to dig up planks to finish a bridge that they will have to cross to get to the finish line. At the finish line they must dismantle the wheels and place the puzzle pieces in the correct slots on a turnstile. After that they must turn the turnstile to raise a lit cauldron which will ignite a bigger fire. First to do this wins immunity.

The fans get off to a great start by working together on their wheel making puzzle pieces. The favs however don't seem to know what the hell they are doing. Fans finish wheel making first and head out on the obstacle course. They reach the sand pit and start digging for their planks to make the bridge they have to cross, complete. The favs finally finish their wheels and take off thru the obstacle course and then wipe out by hitting a tree. Looks like Eliza may have hit her head. I wonder if it knocked some sense in her...lol
The fans end up winning and I wasn't really that disappointed especially when I saw the favs give up when they realized they would not win. I thought we had a group of favs that would never give up. That disappointed me more than them not winning.

Back to the beaches and this is where we realize that Fairplay has a soft spot in his heart. I never thought I would be saying those words. He says he can't stop thinking about his girlfriend and his expected daughter. He tells Parvarti and Amy (separately) that he wants to go home. Amy is skeptical - at least she is showing some smarts.

At tribal council, Jeff asks Johnny how it was when they first got to camp. He says it was "cake", easy but they were over confidant. Eliza is asked if their past reputations will be a big factor and Eliza says of course, everyone will remember the things you did on past Survivors. Jeff tells Fairplay that no one in this game has a bigger reputation than him, which he agrees to but then says that the other favs were all surprised by the real Fairplay and they all trust him. He says he can not stop thinking about his little girl and wonders if he is a bad father for being here. Jeff makes mention that he is not a father yet. All the while Yau-Man is smiling wondering what Fairplay schemes is.

Jeff asks Johnny if he is quitting and Johnny says no, but his head is mixed up and his mind his not there.

It's voting time and Yau-Man chooses to keep his one use idol. As voting takes place, no votes are shown other than Yau-Man and Jonathon who each vote for Fairplay. Yau-Man says that if Johnny needs parenting advice he will be glad to help him.

Fairplay is voted out and we see that everyone voted for him with he voting for Ozzy. As he leaves he gives Jeff a hug and tells the other to treat Jeff right. I have to wonder here just how much Johnny Fairplay was paid to appear on the show. You know they are paying them and I suspect he is getting paid even more. I hate tribal councils where it is so obvious who is going home. Can't they edit this better to make it a little more suspenseful.

Previews let us in to the fact that the couples (Parvarti/James and Ozzy/Amanda) heat things up. We see P/J snuggling at night and we see O/A getting into some hot and heavy kissing. Note to the guys, think with your brain in your head not with the brain between your legs.

So that's it folks. I wasn't impressed like I said in the beginning. I hope things heat up next week and we get to see more of the Survivor we love. And hopefully we will get more Fan time so we can learn more of who they are. I am pulling for James, Ozzy, Jonathon and Yau-Man, in that order, on the Favs tribe. I have no favorite on the Fans tribe, but Mikey seems like he might be a good one to pull for. I will give you my Fan favorite after next week show.

Big Brother Winter Twist Revealed - Soul Mates????

So this years Big Brother twist is that each contestant has been paired with their "soul mate" as determined by Big Brother.

Apparently each wannabe contestant had to fill out a "love-match" profile along with the standard application. Then Big Brother worked their magic (yeah right) and proceeded to match contestants with who they think will be soul mates, love mates or possibly worst enemies.

During Big Brother 9's premiere broadcast on Tuesday, February 12 at 9PM ET/PT, the houseguests will be told they are being matched up with their "soul mate" -- a "stranger who may prove to be their true love or their worst nightmare," according to CBS.

Apparently Big Brother is hoping for some love connections or some really big fights. Not only are these people paired up for possible love connections but they will also be partners in everything. They will sleep together, compete together, be Head of Household together, be nominated for eviction together and ultimately be evicted together. Hmmm....makes you wonder if this season will be a shortened version of our favorite summer staple. If there are two evictions each week, then this Big Brother won't last longer than 2 months instead of the typical 3 months.

The house, as always has been redesigned and looks like a rustic cabin. Lots of woodsy stuff, dead animals on the walls, stone walls, a free-standing fireplace, a full-size, authentic handmade canoe hanging from the ceiling. There is also a new diary room with real tree trunks in the background, nautical-themed bedrooms, an island oasis-themed HoH room, and even a few live animals.

One change this year is that Big Brother will not be airing on Thursday nights with live evictions. Live Evictions will be held on Wednesday nights. We still get our three episode a week dose of BB, but I am sure producer Allison Grodner didn't want to go up against ratings jugernaut, Survivor, Fans vs Favorites. Can't say I blame her!

There will still be the live feeds, so make sure you have your feed subscription up to date before next Tuesday's premiere and "After Dark" will be on ShowtimeToo again this year.

The British Are Coming!!!

Well at least one is coming and he will be this years Bachelor set to premiere on Monday, March 17th.

His name Matt Grant, a 27-year-old "global financier" from London. Probably a day trader....lol

At least we have another one that is easy on the eyes and I am sure the accent will make you melt. I love a man with an accent!!! I am looking forward to another round of speed dating, cat fights, shirtless stud, bikini babes, tonsil hockey, fantasy dates and then finally the big finale where he picks one and we find out the next day they are no longer together. Good entertainment there folks!!

American Idol - Tuesday Feb 5th

Well tomorrow night is the final night of auditions and even though they can be really funny, most of the time they are just very irritating. I have to say I look forward more to the Hollywood round and then the final 12. I haven't watched much of the auditions before tonight. However I was really impressed with what I saw tonight.



The Florida Fair Queen (or whatever her title was) impressed me more than I thought. At first glance I thought "oh no here we go, another airhead who thinks she is all that because she has a crown", but she proved me wrong. She actually had a good voice.



The young girl who had just lost her father 2 days earlier was incredible. I don't know this girl was able to get up and sing, much less sing LeAnn Rhimes "How Do I Live" and dedicated it to her father. I know I was in tears jsut like Paula. Besides that being an awesome song, she nailed it and brought the passion that song so deserves. I hope this girl go far in the competition and is able to bring her passion to other songs.



The last one to blow me away was the rocker chick with the dual hair color. She had a great rocker voice and if she can keep from being over the top she should maybe make it to the top 12....maybe.



Other than those three, no one else blew me away, at least not that I can remember and if I can't remember them then they for sure did not blow me away.



Two of the rejects that stood out was the girl who professed her love for Simon and said she had a crush on him. This girl could not sing AT ALL. And she could not believe the judges thought she couldn't sing, but don't they all.



Also, the goth looking guy who appeared to only want to be there to give Simon a hard time stood. Another on that could not sing, but I was pretty sure he couldn't sing before he opened his mouth. His cockyness was too much.



So we have one more night of auditions and then we get to the good part of the show. Not the great part, but a better part then what we have been seeing for the past couple weeks.....at least in my opinion.
