Big Brother Thursday Recap

Drama, live eviction and HOH comp.

The night started off with reactions to the POV ceremony. Jen was upset of course but Jameka was really happy. With Jen on the block she felt that her own chances of staying in the house another week had just gotten a lot better.

After the ceremony Dani offers to talk to Jen if she wants. Jen tells her "I wouldn't have done that to you." In the DR Dani says that Amber and Jameka aren't a threat but Jen on the other hand is a loose cannon and a bigger risk to keep in the game.

Dick follows Jen into the exercise room and tells her that everyone was put off by her saying from day one she didn't care about the money. Lots of people in the house really need/want the money. He tells Jen not to be bitter towards Dani. Jen says Dani wasnt getting her vote not matter what. (Guess she is talking about if Dani makes the final 2 then Jen won't be giving her a vote to win).

Jen then goes to the HOH to see Dani and ask her why she was nominated. Dani explains that it was strategically the best move. Tells Jen and they are both two of the biggest and best competitors in the house. Also tells Jen that she has tried to get Dick out and Dani can't have that happen. Jen brings up that she helped to save Dick last week and that was heard. Jen starts to cry a bit and tries to hold it back while saying she is fine. Dani tells her it't not personal. Jen leaves.

Amber and Dani get called to the diary room so they can go on the trip they won in the POV competition.

Jen tells Jameka that she can't go to sequester. She would just die. Jen says so what, I don't go I lose my vote big deal. Jameka in DR says that so many of the HG's have given up a lot to be there and for someone like Jen to take it so nonchalantly and not want to fulfill her obligations is degrading to the game.

Jen goes and hides her clothes. Dick notices and thinks she is just packing in preparation for the eviction. Jen then goes in the kitchen and starts cooking turkey burgers even thought she is suppose to be on slop. Dick goes in the BY with the other HG's and tells them that Jen has already packed and is cooking food. They all look kinda dumbfounded.

Jen goes outside and the other HG's ask her why she is cooking when she cant eat it. She says and what if I do eat it? Jameka tells her not to get this far in the game and start doing crazy stuff. Dick tells her to knock herself out and do whatever she wants. She happily agrees. Dick tells the others she is just doing this for attention.

Jen goes into the supply closet and puts bleach by the trash can. Then she goes and finds Dick's stash of cigs and takes them into the supply closet and starts to rip them up and putting them in the trash can. When she has destroyed 4 cartons of cig's she pours bleach on them. This is why she packed up and hid her clothes. She knew Dick would be mad and would take her clothes.

In the BY Jess has a psychic moment and tells Dick that maybe Jen packed up her clothes because she was going to do something to his cigs and she didnt want him to take her clothes. He decides to go and put his cig's in the HOH room. Of course they are already gone and he gets pissed and confronts Jen. She pretty much ignores him. They both go back outside. He tells her to go and cry some more. Eric can't believe that Jen actually took the cigs. Jess asks Dick how many did she take and they are shocked when he says 4 cartons. Jameka, Jess and Eric all look at each other nervously.

Dick goes in and finds Jen's clothes. He locks them in the HOH room. Jess tells Jen that Dick took her clothes. In the kitchen Dick tells Jen that she is such a baby. Just because she got out played she is acting out. She tries to say she just found his cigs but he doesn't buy it and tells her he has her clothes and that she has nothing and will have to go out wearing the same smelly rags she has on now. Then as he is walking away tells her that nobody is going to miss her.

Jen goes out in the BY with a turkey burger, bowl of cottage cheese and an apple. She tells them that she will now perform eating. The other HG's are shocked. Jen at one point looks emotionally unstable and teary eyed. Zach says that he has a big problem with people who cheat or bend rules of the game. Eric in the DR talking about Jen shoving food into her mouth and that she must have gained 5lbs in 30 secs. LOL He says he was dumbfounded.

Jen gets called into the DR and BB gives her a penalty vote for violating the food restrictions. So bascially she has an automatic vote against her this week.

Dick still pissed about his cigs taunts Jen some more. They are outside by the sofas and he blows smoke in her direction as she is eating an apple. She gets super pissed hits him and tries to grab the cig out of his hand. He tells her to not touch him again. She tells him to not blow smoke in her face. He is sitting on the sofa and she is standing right in front of him at this point and he blows smoke out and she starts grabbing for the cig again. He warns her she is going to get burned and she does. She starts to cry and say that he is burning her on purpose. Jameka drags her off to the bathroom where Jen washes her hands and there are no burn marks on her hand.

Now we get to see Dani and Amber on the plane to NY and then at the tv studio being preped for their appearance on Power of 10. The show flew out 1 person for each of them who is going to sit in the audience and support them as they play this game. For Dani they flew out Nick (surprise surprise) and for Amber they flew out her cousin Katie. I thought the moment where they are getting their hair and make up done and Amber tells the make up artist that the audience is going to love her because she is always so upbeat. This coming from Wamber struck me as funny. The Power of 10 Episode with Dani and Amber will air at 8/7 central on Tuesday of next week.

Julie now talking to HG's live. She asks Amber and Dani how the day of freedom was. Amber said it taught her to value things she didn't before and helped her clear her head for the game. Dani said was a nice way to rejuvenate and get away from some people in the house for a bit.

Julie asks Jen how it feels to make BB history by being the first person to break food restriction rules and get penalty vote. She said she thought she had already made history. But that bascially she was mad at BB and acted out.

Now Julie tells Eric he has some explaining to do. Everytime he loses a bet we get to see a certain side of him. Then they show clips of him in woman's clothing. She asks him if he is like this outside the house as well. He says that this is pretty much him.

Julie talkes to Dani in the HOH room. Asks her who she credits with her and her Dad's comeback last week. She gives credit to a lot of people. Says started with her Dad winning the POV. Says that Jess and Eric were the keys to getting Dustin evicted and she is very thankful to them. Julie asks if at some point in the game will she turn on her Dad. Dani says she wants to be in final 2 with her Dad because she feels that she would have a good chance of winning.

Nominees get last chance to appeal to other HG's for vote. Jen is first and she says that she has always been a happy, positive person who is honest and obviously she doesn't fit in here. She says she was happy to come to the BB house and now she is just as happy to be leaving. Jameka says she is grateful to be in BB house and wants them to keep her this week and hopefully long term because of her game play and her promises to some.

Live voting. 6 (1 penalty nom + 5 HG's) to 0. Jen is evicted from the BB house.

Jen half heartedly hugs Amber, Jameka, Zach and Dani. She tells Dani sarcastically "glad you had my back" Dani responds with "glad you told lies.". Eric says Jen as happy as you are to be leaving we are happier to see you go. Jen says "That's perfect". Amber tells Jen not to forget to tell Dustin what she told her to tell him. Jen says don't forget to tell Jess what I told you to tell her. Amber says she didn't know what she was talking about. Dick is super happy with this eviction of course.

Outside of the house with Julie Jen says that she is a very random person in real life. You never konw what your going to get with her and that it is usually positive but in these circumstances you really never know how it will go. Julie asks her what her strategy was. Jen said she never really had one. She just wanted to learn from others and teach others good things. Said she knew she would have to be backdoored because that was the only way they were going to get her evicted.

Julie asks Jen if she thinks Dick's behavior is strategy or really how he feels. Jen said either way it's not appropriate or true. Says anyone who knows her knows that 95% of the things Dick said about her were completely ridiculous.

Goodbye messages. Jameka said she had a bad first impression of Jen but eventually realized that Jen's intentions were good. Eric says some nice things and Jen rolls her eyes. Dick says this is long overdue, she should have been gone a long time ago. Jess calls her a great competitor and thats why they had to backdoor her. Zach wishes her well. Dani apologizes adn says it sucks that she went out the way she did because Dani thought that Jen had more integrity than she showed this week. Amber for once didn't cry.. I am shocked.

HOH Comp. Each competitor is sitting in their own dunking booth. They are asked q's by Julie about the first 5 evictees. A or B answers. If they get it wrong then Jen gets to push the button to dunk them and they are eliminated. Last person left wins HOH. 1st eliminated is Eric, 2nd is Zach and Amber, 3rd is Dick.. Jess is the new HOH.

Can't wait to see who she noms.. Should be very interesting..
