Was James Assualted???

Ok, there is controversy over the POV comp that Janie won which involved the voodoo dolls. Some say James is right and he was assualted when he was kicked and scratched. I personally don't think so, but hey that's my opinion. I think the kick was purely accidental, as well as the scratch, as well as the fingernail of Janies that got broke. But you be the judge.
